Yesterday wasn’t just a workshop… it was a room full of women choosing themselves again.

توقف! هل تعتقد أنك صاحب القرار؟ فكّر مجدداً! السر كله يكمن في الـ 95% التي لا تراها، أي برمجة عقلك اللاواعي، مقابل 5% فقط للوعي. كل خطوة تخطوها، وكل فرصة تتراجع عنها، هي انعكاس مباشر للمعتقدات المترسخة بداخلك. عندما تظهر فرصة تتجاوز مبلغ راحتك المعتاد، اللاوعي هو الذي يضع المكابح، ليس خوفك أنت! حان الوقت لتفكيك هذه الشيفرة والتحكم بـ 95% من مسار حياتك.

الأفكار المدمرة لازم تتوقف عند حدها! ✋️ هيدي هي طريقتي الشخصية لتفكيك الشوائب العقلية اللي بتهدّ عزيمتك وبتخرب علاقاتك. السر يبدأ بالانتباه والوعي التام لأفكارك... شوفها كأنك تراقب شخص غريب. بعدين، لازم نعمل تحقيق جنائي: هل هالفكرة عليها مغالطات أو ضلالات؟ إذا ما لقيت شي، اسأل نفسك: لو صديقي قال لي هالجملة، شو كنت رح أجاوبه؟ 💡 النقطة الرابعة والأخيرة والأقوى: الكتابة. لما تكتب أفكارك على الورق، بتنصدم بحجم المبالغة اللي كنت عايشها. غيّر نظرتك لفكرك، بتغيّر مسار يومك كلو! جرب هالمراحل وشوف الفرق.

القوة الحقيقية للمرأة... مو بس كلام على السوشال ميديا! 💪 بتعرفوا ليش؟ لما تكوني محبوسة بين أربع حيطان بدون أي مدخول، بيصير القبول بالعنف هو الخيار الوحيد... لأنه ما في مطرح تاني تروحي عليه، وما في طاقة ترفعي فيها دعوة. 💔 لهيك، استقلاليتك المادية هي درعك وسلاحك. هي اللي بتخليك قادرة تقولي لا بأعلى صوت، وتوقفي أي أسلوب غير لائق، حتى لو الظروف كلها ضدك. صحيح العالم بيقولوا إنه المرأة صارت قوية ومستقلة، بس للأسف، القمع بعده موجود بقوة في كثير بيوت. لازم نكون أقوياء لنتحدى هالواقع ونوقف الظلم. كوني أنتِ القادرة على التغيير! ✨

المرأة المستقلة القوية… كلنا منسمعها كل اليوم، بس بتعرفوا امتى بلشت القصة فعلياً؟ مش جديدة! جذور الفكرة غربية ووصولها للعالم العربي له تاريخ طويل من المطالبة بالتعليم والإنتاجية بدل التبعية. إصرار المرأة على حقها هي تنتج مش بس تاخد!

Behind every certificate was discipline.

Behind every trip was a decision to grow beyond comfort.

This wasn’t about collecting titles,
it was about building the woman, the coach, and the leader behind them.
About choosing awareness over autopilot, depth over speed, alignment over approval.

2025 asked for my time, my energy, my courage; and it gave me clarity, skill, confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose in return.
Grateful for every lesson, every client, every teacher, every version of me I had to outgrow.
