The *Foundation of Public Speaking* is a *30-hour training course* designed to help you communicate with greater confidence, structure your ideas clearly, engage your audience, and deliver impactful presentations.

Through practical exercises and techniques informed by *psychology, communication, and the science of persuasion* , participants will learn how to manage speech anxiety, strengthen their verbal and non-verbal communication, structure compelling messages, use storytelling effectively, and handle audience interactions with confidence.

The course is designed for university students, graduates, professionals, educators, trainers, NGO and community leaders, and anyone looking to strengthen their communication and public speaking skills.
