With 26 years of service and a well-earned Long Service Award milestone, Chrishantha Chandradasa’s path reflects growth in motion. From stepping into Textured Jersey in 2000 as an Admin Executive during its project stage, to taking on regional and global responsibilities across MAS Active, Noyon, Nirmaana and MAS Kreeda, each chapter added depth to his leadership.

His early exposure to fabric manufacturing laid a strong technical foundation. Setting up operations in Jordan expanded his perspective across multicultural teams. Leading at Nirmaana sharpened his understanding of apparel manufacturing.

In 2026, as General Manager - Human Resource Operations, Activewear, overseeing the Cut & Sew Cluster, he carries forward the unique insights shaped by his experience across roles and regions.

What began in 2024 as a milestone initiative by Bodyline II, has grown into one of MAS' largest volunteer-led environmental efforts. Now in its third consecutive year, the Adam's Peak Clean-Up Project has brought together thousands of employee volunteer hours, strong partnerships with government authorities and local communities, and a shared commitment to protecting one of Sri Lanka's most treasured landmarks for generations to come.

Safeguarding Sri Pada is about more than removing waste. It’s about preserving a legacy of faith, culture and nature, ensuring that every future pilgrimage is met with the same beauty that has inspired generations before us.

When we come together with a shared vision, every milestone we achieve becomes a step towards something even greater.

The first Activewear Town Hall brought together employees from across the value stream to hear year-to-date business updates from our six-member leadership team, celebrating the progress made since the integration of the Kreeda and Active businesses, and the achievements we've unlocked together as One Activewear.

More than a business update, the Town Hall created a space to connect across teams, and reinforce the culture of collaboration that powers our success.

Guided by CEO Ziyan's vision of "Navigating the Now. Shaping the Next.", the session marked the beginning of the next chapter as we continue to grow, innovate and move forward as One Activewear.
