3+ years in Business Development

Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or job portals

Excellent spoken & written English (Tamil is a bonus!)

Strong communication, organization & follow-up skills

Driven by targets and performance

Confidence in handling clients via phone, email & face-to-face

Based in or around Gampaha (preferred)
