One of the most common gaps seen across compliance teams is this:
People can identify unusual activity, but when they have to document it, the clarity drops.
The issue is not writing ability alone. It is how the thinking is structured.
Details become fragmented.
βͺοΈ The reasoning is not fully explained.
βͺοΈ The narrative does not clearly connect the activity to the suspicion.
βͺοΈ This becomes a problem in practice.
A SAR is not evaluated based on what was observed. It is evaluated based on how clearly the concern is explained and justified. If the narrative is weak, the report loses effectiveness.
This is what led TACT to design π‘ππ₯π₯ππ§πβ’.
#π‘ππ₯π₯ππ§πβ’ is a focused 1:1 coaching session built around a single outcome: improving how SAR narratives are structured and written.
