❓ What is a Beneficial Owner?
A Beneficial Owner is the real natural person who ultimately owns, controls, or benefits from a company, even if the shares are registered under another name.
A person is considered a Beneficial Owner if they:
✔️ Own 10% or more (directly or indirectly)
✔️ Exercise significant control or influence

❓ Beneficial Owner යනු කවුද?
Beneficial Owner යනු සමාගම වෙනත් පුද්ගලයෙකුගේ නමින් ලියාපදිංචි වී තිබුණද, අවසානයේ එය හිමිකම් කියන, පාලනය කරන හෝ ප්රතිලාභ ලබන සැබෑ පුද්ගලයා (Natural Person) වේ.
පුද්ගලයෙකු Beneficial Owner ලෙස සැලකෙන්නේ:
✔️ සමාගමේ 10% හෝ ඊට වැඩි කොටස් සෘජුව හෝ වක්රව හිමිවීම
✔️ සමාගම මත සැලකිය යුතු පාලනයක් හෝ බලපෑමක් තිබීම
සරලව කියන්නේ නම්, සමාගමේ සැබෑ හිමිකරු Beneficial Owner වේ.
