TPL has under its belt, many prestigious projects in Sri Lanka, including the Bandaranaike International airport, large hospitals (Lanka Hospital, Hemas Hospital), large garment factories (MAS/Brandix), giants in the manufacturing sector (Trelleborg/Loadstar), blue chips (John Keells), hotels (Shangri La Colombo & Hambantota, Galle Face Hotel), various buildings (World Trade Center/HSBC Call Center), banks (Central Bank HQ/Bank of Ceylon HQ/), supermarket chains (Cargills), and apartments (Havelock City/Monarch). The population of Schindler products in Sri Lanka is gaining fast in Sri Lanka – not surprisingly, with its breakthrough Machine Room-less Technology. TPL’s flagship project is the Bandaranaike International Airport with 8 moving walks, 2 escalators, and 8 elevators. TPL’s Head Office, Workshop, Parts Centre, Noise Treatment Area, Test Cell, and Cummins Certified Training Centre are located in Malabe, Sri Lanka. At Havelock City Mall and Mireka Tower, one of Colombo’s largest mixed-use developments, TPL plays a critical role in both power and movement, delivering the infrastructure that keeps it running seamlessly.

Through our Cummins power solutions, we’ve installed a 15 megawatt (MW) generator capacity, ensuring uninterrupted energy across the development. Alongside this, Schindler enables the smooth, continuous movement of thousands with 29 elevators, 22 escalators, and 2 moving walks integrated across the space.
