✔ 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
Have solid experience with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar software). You should be able to create high-quality visual content for our online marketing needs.
✔ 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 :
Be a creative content creator with the ability to produce engaging reels, posts, and stories for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
✔ 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 :
Have a strong grasp of Facebook and Instagram marketing, including running targeted ad campaigns and understanding how to drive traffic that converts into sales.
✔ 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬:
Drive and meet sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for both the three-wheeler and motorbike sections.
✔ 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Ensure a welcoming, professional, and clean showroom environment. Greet customers, gather their contact information, and follow up to convert leads into sales.
✔ 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬:
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming. Implement visual merchandising strategies to ensure both three-wheelers and motorbikes are displayed attractively.
✔ 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure all stock is displayed attractively and is readily available.
✔ 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩:
Train, mentor, and manage any sales staff or assistants. Conduct regular team meetings to review sales performance and market trends.
✔ 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞:
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

✔ Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in retail or showroom sales.
✔ Strong customer handling, communication, and sales-driven mindset. ✔ A positive attitude with a focus on results is essential.
✔ Ability to lead a team, maintain showroom standards, and implement effective sales strategies.
