JOB VACANCY…
We are on the look for someone to manage our local and international customers, digital media of a coconut based manufacturing and exporting company situated in Dankotuwa. (Full time position).
Proven experience Customer Communications and Digital Media Management, plus experience in using editing apps like Canva, Capcut, etc. and knowledge in coconut based products, spices, dried food products will be an added advantage.
Candidate should be fluent in English.
Should possess a thorough knowledge of social media channels, and be up to date on current trends.
Creative skills, attention to detail, and being a great team player is a must.
Job Role:
- Attending to customer inquiries online and over the phone (occasionally)
- Writing emails, messages etc., to potential customers.
- Managing digital and print media channels of the company.
- Coordinating with the manufacturing team for delivering orders, pricing.
- Creating content for daily engagement of the brand’s page, brochures and website
- Fulfilling orders
- Managing and coordinating with influencers/ collaborators, etc.
