A loaded weekend it was as we prepared Liberian dishes for guest at the home of HE JNB on his 80th birthday.

We planned and catered for 300 persons at a wedding on Sunday and wrapped up the weekend at the Lonestar cell event with our canopies and kids play houses and bounce castle.
