FROM THE RICH£ST COMPANY TO Z£RO...................

Both the camera man and the pilot lost their jobs.

Remember the Kodak company? In 1997, Kodak had about 160,000 employees.
And about 85% of the world's photography was done with Kodak cameras. With the rise of mobile cameras over the past few years, Kodak Camera Company is out of the market. Even Kodak went completely bankrupt and all his employees were fired.

At the same time many more famous companies had to stop themselves. Like

HMT (clock)
BAJAJ (स्कूटर)
DYANORA (TV)
MURPHY (RADIO)
NOKIA (Mobile)
RAJDOOT (Bike)
Ambassador (car)

None of the above companies had bad quality. Why are these companies out yet? Because they could not change themselves over time.

Standing in the present moment you probably don't think how much the world could change in the next 10 years! And today's 70%-90% jobs will be completely over in the next 10 years. We are slowly entering the era of "Fourth Industrial Revolution".

Check out today's famous companies-

UBER is just a software name. No, they have no cars of their own. Yet today the world's largest taxi-fair company is UBER.

Airbnb is the largest hotel company in the world today. But funny thing is they don't own a single hotel in the world.

Similarly, examples of countless companies like Paytm, Ola Cab, Oyo rooms etc can be given.

There is no work for new lawyers in America today, because a legal software called IBM Watson can advocate much better than any new lawyer. Thus, almost 90% of Americans will not have any jobs in the next 10 years. The remaining 10% will be saved. These will be 10% experts.

The new doctor is also sitting down to work. Watson software can detect cancer and other diseases 4 times more accurately than humans. Computer intelligence will surpass human intelligence by 2030.

90% of today's cars will not be seen on the roads in the next 20 years. Leftover cars will either run by electricity or hybrid cars. The roads will slowly become empty. Gasoline

1. 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐄𝐋𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐎𝐖 𝐏𝐄𝐎𝐏𝐋𝐄: This category of people are energy drainers and time wasters. Such people would always want you to do everything for them. They don’t care about your own good but only theirs. They believe it’s your problem to solve their problems. One terrible thing about “wheelbarrow” is that, after you have laboured to load it up, you will still have to labour to push before it moves.

Note: Wheelbarrow people are consumers of energy, time and resources.

2. 𝐌𝐎𝐒𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐏𝐄𝐎𝐏𝐋𝐄: This set of people are only interested in sucking goodies out of your life and injected poison in replacement. They are benefits seekers but will never add values to others. Mosquito people have nothing good to offer but always want to derive goodness from others. Here is one terrible thing about “Mosquitos”, they only sing around you whenever they want to suck your blood and give you malaria.

Note: Mosquito people only sing your praises when they have something to benefit from you, while they backbite and backstab you thereafter.

3. 𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐄𝐎𝐏𝐋𝐄: This category of people are glory seekers and takers. Just because they have helped you at one time or another, they would want to be god over your life. They want to always control you and dictate the directions of your life. They won’t want you to be free and shine on your own but to always be under them.

One good thing about “Scaffolding” is that it’s useful but it’s usefulness is for short-term purpose. It is dangerous to be kept for permanent purpose.

Note: You must know when the relevances of scaffolding people have started constituting nuisance to your personal development and progress. And at such a time, all you must do is to discard them without delay, if not, your star will never shine.

Liberia: Orange Accused of Initiating Unhealthy Business Practice After Waiving Fees for Mobile Money Transfer

By Press ReleaseJuly 3, 2024Updated:July 3, 2024BUSINESS No Comments3 Mins Read

Financial experts warn that the waiver of fees for sending money by any telecommunications service provider can reduce government revenue collected on those waived fees.

Monrovia – Orange Liberia has been accused of engaging in unhealthy business practices after waiving fees for mobile money transfers. Last month, Orange announced a new promotion offering free transactions on its Orange Money service.

In response, Lonestar Cell MTN also announced it would waive all service fees. However, customers of Lonestar claim that the company continues to charge fees.

Financial experts warn that the waiver of fees for sending money by any telecommunications service provider can reduce government revenue collected on those waived fees. Such promotions, they argue, can decrease the company’s income by the amounts waived, leading to a reduction in corporate income tax and other regulatory charges.

“This is not healthy for business. Although the LTA cannot regulate money transactions, this calls for the Central Bank and the Liberia Revenue Authority to intervene. This could affect all parties,” a financial expert commented on the issue.

When contacted, both Orange and Lonestar did not respond by the time of publication.

Following previous incidents, including a cyber-attack and allegations of bribing former government officials, Orange appears determined to become the dominant GSM company in Liberia.

Last week, the Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA) issued a 14-day ultimatum to both Lonestar MTN and Orange Liberia, requiring each to pay a fine of $300,000.

The LTA stated that the fines are based on four counts of serious reg
