I am honored to be participating in the Young Political Leadership School Africa (YPLS Africa) Cohort 13, joining over 200 young leaders from across Africa committed to advancing democratic values, good governance, and transformational leadership.
This experience is providing an incredible platform to learn, connect, and exchange ideas with emerging leaders from different countries and backgrounds. It is a reminder that Africa's future will be shaped by young people who are willing to lead with vision, integrity, and service.
As a young Liberian, I remain committed to empowering communities through education, youth development, media, and sports while continuing to learn from the best practices across our continent.
The journey has just begun, and I look forward to the lessons, relationships, and opportunities that the next year will bring.

MAN TO MAN HEART TALK

As part of Men's Mental Health Month, Rise-Way Technical and Professional Institute invites all men and young men to an open and honest conversation about life, purpose, challenges, and mental well-being.

Too often, men suffer in silence. Too often, we carry burdens alone. This gathering is an opportunity to listen, learn, encourage, and support one another in a safe and respectful environment.

Join us as we discuss mental health, life pressures, relationships, personal growth, and the importance of building strong support systems.

Strong Men Talk. Strong Men Listen. Strong Men Support One Another.

As men, we're often taught to be providers, protectors, and problem-solvers. But we also face struggles, disappointments, anxiety, and emotional pain. This Men's Mental Health Month, let's create a culture where seeking help is seen as strength, not weakness.

Every dream begins with a vision, but success comes through consistency, sacrifice, and purpose. As young people, we must continue to create opportunities, uplift our communities, and build legacies that will outlive us. The journey may not always be easy, but every step forward is progress. Stay focused, stay humble, and keep pushing. The future belongs to those who are willing to work for it."

My team is proud to lead the Margibi Inter High School Basketball Tournament, a platform to celebrate and develop young basketball talent in Liberia.
This year, we honor our late coach, Elvis M. Clinton (Kelo), who tragically passed in a motor accident a few weeks ago, and Clarence B. Townsend (Baby Face), whose dedication has shaped youth basketball. Their guidance and mentorship continue to inspire the next generation of athletes.
The tournament features nine schools in three competitive groups, playing at Salvation Army Court, B**g Mines Road, from January 30 to February 28, 2026. Games will be held every Wednesday and Friday at 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM. Admission is $100 LRD.
We have listened to our young athletes and are engaging media outlets and well-meaning Liberians committed to promoting youth through sports, ensuring their talent and dreams are celebrated.
🏀🇱🇷 Together, we rise with our youth through sports.

This year taught me that real growth is quiet—built on discipline, purpose, and consistency. I focused on strengthening my leadership across sports, media, education, and community work, while continuing my personal and professional development.
Every challenge refined me, every lesson aligned me, and every step laid a foundation for what’s ahead.
Grateful for the journey, the people, and the purpose.
2026—focused, grounded, and ready to execute.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of speaking with young people at the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Camp held at Booker Washington Institute (BWI) in Kakata, where I shared insights on marketing—leveraging our traditional marketing approaches alongside today’s AI-driven era.
The experience was truly one for the books.
I’m grateful to the alumni for the invitation and warm reception.
It’s always exciting and fulfilling to engage in impactful conversations with my fellow young people—sharing ideas, inspiration, and hope for the future.
