🚨🇱🇷 “COLEMAN MUST RECUSE HIMSELF” — LPP DEMANDS INDEPENDENT CO***NE INVESTIGATION

MONROVIA, Liberia — The Liberian People’s Party (LPP) has called on President Joseph Nyuma Boakai to establish an independent commission of inquiry into Liberia’s ongoing co***ne crisis and require Police Inspector General Gregory O. W. Coleman to recuse himself from investigations related to the matter.

In a press release issued Wednesday, August 19, the LPP said reported public statements attributed to Coleman — suggesting that senior government officials may have had knowledge of or connections to the co***ne operation — raise serious questions that should be examined independently.

The party emphasized that its call for Coleman’s recusal does not amount to an accusation of criminal wrongdoing against him. Rather, the LPP said the move would help safeguard the credibility, impartiality and integrity of the investigation.

According to the party, Coleman could potentially become a material witness because of information he reportedly possesses regarding senior government officials.

The LPP wants an independent commission to establish what Coleman knew, when he obtained the information, what evidence supported it and what actions were taken afterward.

The party is also calling for scrutiny of any possible obstruction of justice, political interference, intelligence failures or institutional weaknesses surrounding the co***ne investigations.

Additionally, the LPP urged the government to ensure the protection of whistleblowers, witnesses, journalists and investigators from intimidation or retaliation.

It maintained that anyone against whom credible evidence establishes wrongdoing should face prosecution regardless of political affiliation, position or rank.

🚨 PROPHETESS NADIE NADIE SHARES PROPHECY ABOUT LIBERIA 🇱🇷🙏🏾

Prophetess Nadie Nadie has called on Liberians to pray for the nation after sharing what she described as a series of spiritual revelations concerning Liberia’s political and security situation.

According to the prophetess, she saw First Lady Kartumu Boakai being arrested and later released. She also claimed that former Vice President Jewel Howard-Taylor is innocent and will eventually regain her freedom, with what she described as the “truth” eventually coming to light.

🚨 SAD NEWS: SEVEN KILLED IN HELICOPTER CRASH IN KENYA 🇰🇪💔

Seven people, including Ecuador’s intelligence chief and five Americans, were reportedly killed in a tragic helicopter crash in Kenya on August 19.

According to TRT Africa, the tourist helicopter crashed in Samburu County after departing the Loisaba wildlife reserve.

All seven people aboard the aircraft, including the pilot, reportedly lost their lives in the crash.

🚨 BREAKING: HEAVY SECURITY DEPLOYED AT MONROVIA CENTRAL PRISON AHEAD OF JEWEL HOWARD TAYLOR’S EXPECTED ARRIVAL

Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) soldiers have reportedly been deployed at the Monrovia Central Prison alongside officers of the Liberia National Police (LNP) ahead of the expected arrival of former Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor.

Taylor was arrested, charged and detained by police on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, in connection with the ongoing US$317 million co***ne investigation.

According to authorities, the former Vice President faces multiple charges under Liberia’s Controlled Drug and Substance Act, including alleged unlicensed importation, sale and distribution, and illicit trafficking of controlled drugs or substances.

She also faces charges of criminal solicitation, criminal facilitation and criminal conspiracy, as well as money laundering under Liberia’s Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law.

Taylor is expected to be indicted and forwarded to prison today, Thursday, August 20, as authorities continue their investigation into the massive co***ne case.

The deployment of AFL and LNP personnel around the prison comes amid heightened public attention surrounding the case.
