With the support of the PROSPECT IV Project, sponsored by Mercy Corps Liberia, we have officially launched the pilot of our Green Sort – Community Lead the Change initiative.

Our tackles the waste management crisis from its roots by promoting waste sorting at the community level. Over the next few months, we will continue working closely with local communities to collect, shred, and recycle plastic waste into new products that benefit both people and the planet.

We are truly grateful to our partners and communities for believing in this vision. Together, we are proving that sustainable change begins at the grassroots.

• Cost-savings as cement and sand are not used for constructing the wall.
• Being a less heat-intensive and natural material, the structure retains coolness inside the house.
• Less labor-intensive and more time-saving as the Interlocking blocks need only be fitted to each other; instead of conventional cement mortar construction.
• The Interlocking bricks can be salvaged without damage when the house is being dismantled in the future.
