Jamal J. Ghoson, Undergraduate Valedictorian (GPA: 3.8, Biomedical Science), delivered a powerful address at UL’s 105th Commencement Convocation on February 25, centered on one key message:

“Fear of failure is often the greatest obstacle to success. But failure itself is not the enemy—it is a teacher.”

Ghoson encouraged the Class of Triumph to lead with courage, remain focused, and use their voices to serve their communities and nation.

Appreciation Message

Special thanks to Mr. Roland M. Sombai and the Image World Photo Studio team for welcoming participants of the Stepping Stone Program. This program equips young people with technical skills such as document editing, graphic design, printing (heat press and DTF), photography, videography, and video editing.

These skills are designed to empower students as they prepare for college and support those already in college to earn additional income, conduct research, and handle their own academic work, including document and thesis editing.

We commend Trainer Dee Shoot and our Leader Hon. Arthur J Wahwehlee Jr for organizing the first cohort in a well-equipped facility with reliable Wi-Fi, enabling students to access online resources and further their training. Many of the participants are children of photographers, and this initiative supports their growth into responsible and skilled citizens.

Our appreciation also goes to Ansah Photo Studio, Photo Dee Printing Lab, Jus Pro Team, and A J Pixels Photo Studio for opening their studios to support the visit.

With Hon. Wahwehlee, NAPUL will never be the same.

Empowering Young Minds for the Digital Future (Cohort 1)

The PASS Stepping Stone Program is an exciting opportunity for college students and recent high school graduates to develop essential real-world skills. This hands-on training program lasts for two months and will be held twice a week (Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
This cohort offers a dynamic lineup of courses designed to equip young people with the skills needed for success in the modern world or college:
