the Republic of Liberia. LACOT will be one of the standard and professional computer Labs’ found, among many other computers LAB’S in Liberia, including computer cafe respectively. The company’s next mission is to become one of the leading computer training LAB’s, principally involved in the training of the less-fortunate, under privileged and school going children including university students and the general public segment in the maintenance and repairs of computers to attract Income Generating Activities (IGA). The company’s strategy is to provide excellent customer’s base segment, make timely deliveries, and have competitive pricing structure, while targeting all major sectors of our overall client base. This Computer Lab plans to acquire equipment and tools in excellent working condition that will be more than capable of handling any type of computer repairs and maintenance to a perfect condition. This entity mainly focuses on the repairs and maintenance of computers, hardware and software installation and the sales of used computers, including the training of the less-fortunate and disadvantaged groups to advanced computer knowledge and to acquire the highest computer skills. In the future, the company plans to diversify into other industries and services. The company has extended its services to High Schools, Universities, NGO’s and Government entities Multi-national firms and the general public respectively. There appears to be no direct competitors in this sector that will compare itself to the proposed level of services and quality(ies) rendered by LACOT. LIB Advanced Computer Technology: (LACOT) will be one of the largest companies in computer maintenance, hardware and software installation including the sales of used computers and its accessories, and consultancy respectively, and shall extend its operations to include all borders points of the Republic of Liberia.
1.2 AIMS & OBJECTIVES
The basic aims and objectives of LACOT over the next thee (3)
years are:
✓ Achieve a customer mix of 30% learning institutions (schools & universities) 20% multi-national firms, 25% General Public, 10% NGO and 15% Government Contracts per year.
✓ To introduce training involving the less-fortunate groups, students, the general public to the doctrine of the repairs and maintenance of computers, hardware and software introduction amongst many advanced computer practices.
✓ Expand operations to include all points within the borders of Liberia.
3.0 PRINCIPAL ENGAGEMENTS
The principal engagements of “LACOT” shall be, but not limited to the following:
