MISSION STATEMENT;

Leo & Co. exists to provide holistic social support that empowers vulnerable people, strengthens families, and equips communities, combining humanitarian services with professional social care solutions.

This mission recognizes that people need more than sympathy, they need structured support. It also embraces a dual approach:

• Offering free or subsidized social services for those in need through Leo & Co. Foundation

• Delivering professional, paid services and trainings through Leo & Co. Social Services to generate sustainability

In other words, Leo & Co. doesn’t just respond to problems. It builds people and structures that can solve them from the inside out.

This vision speaks to what Leo & Co. exists to change: the lack of adequate mental health support, community empowerment services, and safe, professional counseling for people who need it most, from youth in crisis to families in conflict.

It reflects a long-term dream: to become a hub for transformation, where people come not only to get help but to grow, heal, and thrive.
