FARA Consulting Group is proud to introduce our Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Fatima F. Kamara. Ms. Kamara holds a BA in Sociology with Distinction from AME University and a certificate in Human Resource Management (also with distinction) from the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA). Additionally, she holds a Professional Training Certificate in Business and Financial Management from Edustad - Liberia/Gonet Academy.
Recently honored as the "Woman of Empowerment 2025," Ms. Kamara leads with a vision that prioritizes impact over ego.
This isn’t just a new face; it’s the original architect. With over 8 years of experience coordinating high-stakes operations—ranging from environmental projects with Mercy Corps to youth advocacy leadership.
Notably, she served as the Deputy Female Wing Coordinator for the Montserrado County Student Union (District #9 Chapter) from 2017 to 2018.
Ms. Kamara doesn't just manage; she dominates. Her leadership is built on a history of merit, distinction, and absolute dedication to the grind. Earlier this year, out of over 180 applicants for the Governance and Anti-Corruption Fellowship, Ms. Kamara was selected as one of the top 30 candidates.
