As a business we are here to help clients with dedication and not to settle scores with clients. With this Takealot order that we haven't delivered has raised concerns and comments that we are shady and for that we humbly apologize. The address we give to you for online orders is not our rented building but owned by one good Mme Paula Da Silva and she has been nothing but good to us🥲 that is why you pay storage for them to receive your orders and you either have a choice to use us to collect or collect personally. Ladybrand has a Takealot pick up point and for that matter we usually recommend using that to save clients on storage fees. In a case we are here to help 🙏🏾
