VACANCY: BUSINESS IT / OPERATIONS SUPPORT OFFICER
Sesioana Stress Management Centre (SSMC) is looking for a dynamic, reliable, and multi-skilled individual to join the Centre in a key operational support role.
This position is suitable for a person with a background in Business IT, Information Technology, business administration, digital systems, office coordination, marketing support, and general operations.
At SSMC, daily work requires someone who can support different responsibilities with confidence, discipline, and maturity. We are therefore looking for a practical, fast-learning, organised, and dependable person who can strengthen the operational efficiency of the Centre.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with:
Office administration and daily coordination
Preparing documents, quotations, proposals, reports, and presentations
Managing emails, digital filing, client communication, and records
Supporting marketing activities, social media content, flyers, and promotional material
Assisting with IT-related tasks, digital systems, online platforms, and basic troubleshooting
Coordinating bookings, sessions, follow-ups, and client engagement
Supporting SSMC programmes, workshops, and wellness activities
Assisting with business development and operational planning
Supporting facilitators before, during, and after sessions
Performing any other reasonable duties required for the smooth running of the Centre
Required Skills and Qualities
The ideal candidate should have:
A background or strong interest in Business IT, IT business support, administration, or operations
Good computer skills
Ability to prepare professional documents
Creativity and interest in marketing or content creation
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn
Trustworthiness and confidentiality
Flexibility to support different operational needs
Personal Character
SSMC is looking for someone who is mature, dependable, respectful, and able to work in an environment that deals with sensitive personal, organisational, and psychological matters.
