VACANCY: PRINCIPAL
Maseru Private Academy (MPA), a leading Cambridge-accredited independent school in Lesotho, invites applications from outstanding educational leaders for the position of Principal.
The successful candidate will provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and school performance while advancing the vision and mission of the Academy.
Minimum Requirements
โข Master's Degree in Education Management, Educational Leadership, or related field (minimum requirement).
โข Recognised teaching qualification.
โข Minimum of 9 years' experience in a senior management position within a Cambridge school.
โข Comprehensive knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum across Primary and High School.
โข Proven record of improving academic standards and learner achievement.
โข Advanced proficiency in Cambridge assessment systems, including Cambridge Primary Progression Tests, Checkpoint Assessments, and IGCSE.
Key Responsibilities
โข Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school.
โข Ensure excellence in curriculum delivery, teaching, learning, and assessment.
โข Lead and develop academic and administrative staff.
โข Drive continuous school improvement and academic achievement.
โข Oversee school operations, policy implementation, and quality assurance.
โข Build strong relationships with learners, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
โข Ensure compliance with Cambridge International standards and requirements.
