Last week we officially kicked off the e-Touch B.A.S.E. 2026 programme. 🚀

And with it, the first online workshop with us focused on something that often gets overlooked when talking about entrepreneurship:

Mindset. ✨️

Because before the strategy, the business model, the pitch decks or the funding…

it starts with how we think, approach challenges, and show up.

Social entrepreneurship - like entrepreneurship in general - is not just about ideas.

It’s about resilience, curiosity, and being willing to learn along the way. 🧏🏼‍♀️

During the session, we explored the entrepreneurial mindset, shared experiences, and discussed some practical reflections that apply to anyone building something new.

A few simple reminders that always come up in these conversations:

🫵🏻 It starts with us.
Who are we, what drives us, and what purpose we want to pursue - understanding the bigger picture behind what we do.

🆘️ There is no shame in asking for help.
Mentors, peers, communities - they make the journey easier and richer.

🌱 Progress beats perfect. Every time.
Because building projects, businesses, or initiatives rarely follows a straight line.

But step by step, conversation by conversation, idea by idea - things start taking shape.

We're looking very forward to seeing how the participants of this year's cohort develop their ideas in the months ahead.

And as always: the journey is just getting started! 💪🏻

Here's an end of week reminder (and reality check) 👇🏻

If we really want to "do business right", we need to look beyond the glossy projects, the funding headlines, and the feel-good labels.

Because let’s be honest:

There’s a lot of noise out there.
Unclear structures.
Questionable models.
Public money for projects with little long-term substance.

And then we’re surprised that trust is fragile.
That employees and entrepreneurs are tired.
That collaboration feels harder than it should be. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Let’s not forget: we live and work in a small country.

People talk... Ecosystems overlap...

The "gloss" is easy to spot - and so is what’s actually behind it. 👀

Even in conversations with fellow entrepreneurs and investors, the same questions keep coming up:

Where did we go wrong? And is anyone still building businesses out of passion - not just hype, trends, or "I don’t know what else to do"?

We all know that the economy is tough. That margins are tight. That people are more careful where they put their time, energy, and money.

So if someone chooses to invest in a business or project, it has to make sense. 💡

Good business isn’t about who shouts the loudest or looks best on paper.

It’s about doing things honestly.

Less “competition theatre”.
More eye-to-eye collaboration.

Less nonsense.
More responsibility.

If we want a healthier business ecosystem in Luxembourg, it starts with how we show up. 🧏🏼‍♀️

With better structures, better teamwork, and a bit more courage to do things properly - even when it’s uncomfortable.

Because in times like these, how you do business matters just as much as what you do. ✨️

It's Friday! 🎉 So let’s wrap up the week with a brand-new ✨ ✨ spotlight!

Every now and then, I highlight people and businesses who, like me, are doing things with intention, passion, and heart. 💛

This week’s feature goes to Zenia Dutta Roy, founder of Les Sûtras. 🎬

Zenia is the creative mind behind a boutique that’s about so much more than fashion. Les Sûtras is about expression, individuality, and choosing pieces that truly fit you - your style, your energy, and who you are. 🥻📿

We both actually met some time ago, and it quickly became clear that we share many of the same interests and values - from creativity and individuality to doing things thoughtfully, not just quickly.

And honestly?

When it comes to finding that one great piece that feels right (not just looks good), she’s definitely is the go-to! 😊

So if you’re looking to support a local business where taste, intention, and authenticity genuinely come together, I can warmly recommend checking out Les Sûtras 🛍 https://lessutras.com

Because supporting each other, sharing passions, and lifting local businesses is what community really is about. 🙌🏻

And hey, if you’d like a little boost, drop me a message - I’d love to include you in a future feature!

Have a great weekend! ✨️

Not all impact is loud. 🤫

But if you stopped and listed everything you contributed to last week… you’d probably surprise yourself.

I know I did.

Most of our work happens behind the scenes - quietly, intentionally, and without the spotlight.

But the impact? It’s there. Every single day. 🌱

Just last week, we:

🍸 supported a 100-person networking event, making sure the setup, flow, and atmosphere was great for everyone
📽 recorded entrepreneurship content at the University for their social impact in sport & health programme
🧁 baked 150 cupcakes as a donation for an inclusive children’s event - and supported them on the day itself
💼 kept our clients’ daily work moving and guided them through their everyday challenges
💎 continued working on our creations, and prepared for our upcoming workshops

Different tasks. Different communities.

One thing in common:
👉🏻 We show up where people need us. And we show up with heart - no matter the task.

And maybe that’s the reminder for the week:

You don’t need a spotlight to make a difference - just intention, consistency, and heart.

Impact isn’t always loud.
But it’s always felt. 😊

Have a great week ahead!

The silent skill no one is talking about 👀

Right now the whole world is obsessed with one question: "What can AI do?"

But the better (and more honest) question is:
"What can we do that AI can’t?" 🤔

Because the REAL competitive advantage in the coming years isn’t speed..

It isn’t automation.
It isn’t adding more noise to your day.
It isn’t having 20 apps that all promise the same shortcut.

It’s this:
👉🏻 Emotional intelligence
👉🏻 Clarity and conscious decision-making
👉🏻 Real communication - human to human
👉🏻 Understanding people, dynamics, and context

AI can assist.
AI can accelerate.
AI can support.

But AI can’t replace judgment, intuition, connection, or responsibility. 🧏🏼‍♀️

And like everything in life - from tools to technology to power - it all comes down to how we choose to use it.

In balance.
With common sense.
With intention.

Because anything can be used to create impact…
or to create chaos.

So here’s a reminder for all of us:

💡 Use the tools. But don’t lose the human.
💡 Leverage the innovation. But lead with intention.
💡 Stay sharp. Stay grounded. Stay real.

The future won’t be built by AI.

It will be built by humans who know how to use it wisely.👩🏼‍💻

It’s Friday - and you know what that means! 🎉

Time for another spotlight, where we shine a light on amazing people doing meaningful work.

Yesterday, I talked about how we all live, think, and work differently - and how powerful that can be when we stop trying to fit everyone into the same mold.

This week’s spotlight goes to Richard Russell, Performance Coach for ADHD Leaders. 🧠🚀

Richard’s on a mission to help ADHD leaders turn their unique brain wiring into a real advantage - without burning out.

He’s about to launch his new programme, "Fast Brain Flywheel", designed to help ADHD leaders build their own high-performance operating system and get:

✔️ Reliable focus
✔️ Consistent weekly wins
✔️ Clear ar headspace for strategy

Because it’s not about "fixing" anything - it’s about creating a rhythm that works with your brain, not against it. 🧏🏼‍♀️

So, if you’re an ADHD leader in tech, startups, or scale-ups, Richard’s 1:1 coaching and small-group programmes are built for you!

👉🏻 Curious? Check out richardrussell.co/adhd or drop him a DM to learn more.💡

And hey - if you’d like a little boost, drop me a message. I’d love to feature you in a future ! 😊

1 in 5 people in Luxembourg want to start a business. 💡

Now that’s inspiring - and it says a lot about the spirit of creativity and independence that drives people here!

But between the dream and the doing, there’s a reality that doesn’t always make the headlines:

starting something new means stepping into a world full of questions, decisions, and self-doubt. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Because having an idea is one thing - knowing how to build it, structure it, and sustain it, is something else entirely..

There’s plenty of advice and free support out there, but not all of it truly understands you - how you think, work, and how you want to grow. 📈

And that’s often where things get stuck.

So if you’re one of those 1 in 5 ready to take the leap - don’t just look for help.

Look for understanding, guidance, and people who get it. 💁🏼‍♀️

That’s what turns a plan into a business, and a business into something that lasts. 🌱

Today marks the final day with this year’s Touch B.A.S.E. cohort - and wow, what a journey it’s been! 🥳

From those first somewhat hesitant introductions months ago to the confident voices we heard today, the transformation has been incredible to witness.

Each participant took the stage to present their project to a diverse mix of professionals, social entrepreneurs, and impact enthusiasts.

And what they shared wasn’t just ideas or business models, but stories of purpose, persistence, and passion. 🙌🏻

And you know what the best part about mentoring is?

It’s not just seeing projects come to life. It’s watching each person grow beyond what they thought possible, finding clarity, overcoming challenges, and building the confidence to chase their purpose. ✨

Because it takes bravery to step up, and resilience to keep refining. And it also takes heart to keep believing - even when things don’t always go as planned.

So, bravo to all of you - for showing up, learning, and growing along the way! 👏🏻

And to everyone reading this - here’s a little reminder:

Growth doesn’t happen overnight. It happens every time you show up, try again, and dare to believe that what you’re building matters.

So don’t give up - keep building, keep believing, and let your work speak through the impact you create. 🌱💡

It’s Friday! 🎉 And what better way to wrap up the week than by shining a light on someone bringing real change with heart and purpose?

This week’s spotlight goes to Robby Coelho, founder of Dalza. 🎬✨️

Dalza is all about supporting children who learn, think, and communicate differently - and the families who love them. 💙

It’s a safe, simple platform where parents can gather everything important about their child in one place, making daily life and communication with schools, doctors, and others so much easier.

And the timing couldn’t be better - because Dalza is celebrating its very first Children’s Party on 15th November! 🎈🎉

A special event designed to make sure every child feels included, with fun, laughter, and no barriers.

👉 If you’d like to help make this party unforgettable - whether through volunteering, donations, or sponsoring - please reach out to Alex Howell or me.

Every bit of support helps bring more joy to the children and families who will be there. 🙏🏻

Business isn’t just about the big moments - it’s about everything in between. 💡✨️

Yes, there’s the setup: permits, VAT, CCSS, notaries, and the endless acronyms...

But then comes the real work: developing your idea, building systems, and managing the daily grind of emails, invoices, deadlines, and decisions.

And that’s where many entrepreneurs get stuck.

Not because they don’t have vision, but because the to-dos get in the way of the big picture. 🖼

That’s why at DYT, we support businesses from start to scale - taking care of the practical steps, guiding development, and helping you face those everyday challenges with clarity and focus.

Because success isn’t built in one big moment.

It’s built in the small, consistent actions that keep you moving forward. 💁🏼‍♀️

It’s Friday… and we’re back!

After a much-needed summer break, it’s officially full-on work mode again - and with that, our Friday tradition continues. 🎉

This week’s spotlight ties in perfectly with Wednesday’s theme: waste and the choices we make.

And speaking of waste - this person is all about rethinking what’s "waste" in the first place… or better yet: how to do something valuable with it!

Say hello to Schoepfer from Hermana Clothes! 🎬✨️

Audrey’s latest initiative, Fit-Out, takes discarded clothes and materials, shreds them, and transforms them into beautiful, decorative and acoustic wall panels!

From fashion to function, all her work is a perfect example of how we can rethink what we throw away and give it a new purpose. ♻️

Want to know more or ask Audrey your how, what, where, and why questions in person?

You’re in luck - she’ll be at the these next few days! 🏡 -> https://share.google/8irJEisUbNSC8Tb4p
