We’re pleased to share the acquisition of A15 portfolio company Viral Wave by PopArabia, Reservoir’s(NASDAQ: RSVR) MENA partner.

This marks A15’s ninth exit, a reflection of the consistency we strive for, and a milestone we’re proud of. More importantly, it celebrates the Viral Wave team’s journey: an idea born in Cairo that grew into a regional champion.

We wish the Viral Wave team every success as they embark on this next chapter under Reservoir and PopArabia's global platform.

We’re excited to announce A15s new investment in Knot Technologies of $1M (pre-seed round), as they scale their AI-native ticketing and access control infrastructure to tackle fraud and leakage across live events.

Built to overcome the limitations of legacy ticketing infrastructure, KNOT applies an AI layer that authenticates identity, governs distribution, and tracks demand in real time, restoring visibility for organizers and protecting fans from unsafe resale markets. The company is emerging from stealth with more than 50 enterprise customers.

This investment will support KNOT’s product development, international expansion, and deeper integrations across the live events ecosystem, reinforcing our conviction in founders using AI to rebuild critical infrastructure and restore trust in complex, global markets.
