My goal is to serve the senior community, individuals who possess a disability and the general public. It has been proven that the impact of companionship creates a longer, healthier life with improved well-being. When we are alone, we suffer and are at a higher risk of developing dementia, forgetfulness and a lack of ambition. The lack of ambition can be interpreted as depression and a loss of the will to live that can also develop into other mental health issues. Companionship is so important because it is the fuel that brings meaning back to life and with that comes the willingness to do more.

My services are also appropriate for those individuals who may need a bit of assistance around the house. We provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, assistance with escorting to doctor’s appointments and more
