Job Title: Odoo Project Manager
Location: Remote (Egypt-based candidates)
Job Summary
Qaws Libya is recruiting on behalf of a leading company specializing in Odoo ERP solutions. We are seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager to oversee ERP implementation projects and ensure successful delivery for their clients. This is a full-time position with a formal employment contract, offering the opportunity to work remotely while managing enterprise-level Odoo projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to successful delivery
* Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders
* Manage Odoo implementations, migrations, customizations, and integrations
* Act as primary client contact, conducting requirement workshops and providing solutions
* Coordinate and manage teams of developers, consultants, and testers
* Monitor project KPIs, track progress, and resolve blockers efficiently
* Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure quality standards
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet specifications
* Provide regular status updates and manage change requests professionally
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Odoo/ERP project management
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
* Proven track record managing full-cycle Odoo implementations
* Strong understanding of business processes across multiple domains
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English
* Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
