Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités de formation professionnelle, Fanekena Communication recrute une Formatrice en Freelance & Trading pour assurer des formations en présentiel dans nos locaux à Fianarantsoa.

🎯 MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

La formatrice sera chargée de :

- Préparer et animer des formations en Freelance et Trading.
- Concevoir des supports pédagogiques adaptés aux apprenants.
- Transmettre des connaissances de manière simple, claire et pratique.
- Accompagner les participants dans la mise en pratique des notions enseignées.
- Organiser des exercices, études de cas et travaux pratiques.
- Répondre aux questions des apprenants.
- Évaluer les connaissances et la progression des participants.
- Assurer un suivi pédagogique durant la formation.
- Participer à l’amélioration des programmes de formation de Fanekena Communication.
👤 PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Nous recherchons une personne :

- Ayant une bonne maîtrise du Freelance et/ou du Trading.
- Ayant une expérience pratique dans le domaine.
- Ayant idéalement une expérience en tant que formatrice ou enseignante.
- Pédagogue, dynamique et motivée.
- Ayant une excellente capacité de communication.
- Sérieuse, ponctuelle, organisée et responsable.
- À l’aise avec la prise de parole devant un groupe.
- Capable de transmettre des connaissances de manière pratique et accessible.

🌍 COMPÉTENCES LINGUISTIQUES

La maîtrise parfaite du français est exigée.

La maîtrise de l’anglais constitue un atout important pour le poste.

✅ Âgée de 18 ans minimum
