Traikovsky Wine Brandy VS expresses to excellence over century of savoir-faire, bringing to perfection the ideal balance of more than twelve eaux-de-vie, carefully selected from the premier growing areas in Tikves region in Macedonia, all double distilled using traditional copper pots and recipes since 1922, and double matured in vintage oak casks for three years. Tasting Traikovsky VS, you will not feel the difference from French cognas, and you will be overpowered by its complex bouquet with intensive oak, cocoa and caramel aromas, with refreshing notes of cinnamon and orange zest, you will definitely be impressed by its diverse deep sweetish oak, honey, chocolate and hazelnut palate, with slight touch of cinnamon, and your heart will be won by its persistent long lasting finish, lingering into the senses long afterwards. Traditional home made grape brandy, rakija, double distilled using old copper pots, and grapes from the premier growing ares in Tikves region in Macedonia, and double matured in local Kicevo blagunj oak for three years. Even one sip of Traikovsky rakija will definitely redefine your perception of rakija. Rich in oak, honey and cinnamon aromas, with refreshing notes of vanilla and coffee, extraordinarily smooth and balanced sweetish oak, honey and almonds palate, with slight hints of peach and plums, lingering long into the senses afterwards. Traditional home made mastika, triple distilled using old copper pots, with the third distillation being done in a small copper pot whose insides are completely spread with honey, and more than 10 herbs are put inside, according to our recipe since 1922. Smoother than Ouzo, yet with more intense flavors, mastika is authentic spirit with strong yet balances complex flavors of honey, aniseed and mastic. Cheers
