📣အမျိုးသမီးဦးဆောင်သော စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ ရေရှည်တည်တံ့ရေး အစီအစဉ်။ ။ အမျိုးသမီး ဦးဆောင်သောလုပ်ငန်းများအား လျှောက်လွှာခေါ်ယူခြင်း📣
အမျိုးသမီးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ အတွက်ရည်ရွယ်တဲ့ စုစုပေါင်း (၄)လတာ ကြာမြင့်မဲ့ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြှင့်တင်ရေး အစီအစဉ်မှာပါဝင်လိုက်ပါ။ အခုအစီအစဉ်မှာ ပါဝင်ခြင်းဖြင့် အမျိုးသမီးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်တွေအနေနဲ့ မိမိစီးပွားရေးကို နောက်တစ်ဆင့်သို့ မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း၊ အလားအလာရှိသော ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများနဲ့ ချိတ်ဆက်ခွင့်ရရှိခြင်း၊ အခြားသောအမျိုးသမီးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များနှင့်လည်း ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ခြင်းတို့ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အခုအစီအစဉ်သည် အမျိုးသမီးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်တို့အတွက် စီးပွားရေးစွမ်းဆောင်ရည်များ မြှင့်တင်နိုင်မည့်နေရာ၊ စီးပွားရေးသက်ရောက်မှုများကို မြှင့်တင်နိုင်မည့်နေရာ အဖြစ်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမဲ့အပြင် လက်တလောအခြေအနေများအကြားမှာ မိမိစီးပွားရေးကို လိုက်လျောညီထွေစွာ ဆက်လက်တည်တံ့သွားနိုင်ရန် အကူအညီများ ပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
📍ဘာကြောင့် “အမျိုးသမီးဦးဆောင်သော စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ ရေရှည်တည်တံ့ရေး” အစီအစဉ်ကိုပြုလုပ်ရသလဲ?
ကိုဗစ်-၁၉ ကပ်ရောဂါဖြစ်ပွားနေတဲ့ ကာလနဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ လက်ရှိဖြစ်ပွားနေတဲ့ အခြေအနေများအကြားမှာ စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများနဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းအများစုဟာ ဝင်ငွေကျဆင်းခြင်းနှဲ့ အခွင့်အရေးဆုံးရှုံးခြင်းများကို ရင်ဆိုင်ကြုံတွေ့နေကြရလျက်ရှိပါတယ်။ အခုလိုမျိုး အခက်အခဲများရင်ဆိုင်နေရတဲ့ ကာလမှာ အမျိုးသမီးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များဟာ စီးပွားရေးကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲရခြင်း၊ မိမိရဲ့အိမ်မှုကိစ္စများကို တာဝန်ယူရခြင်း အစရှိတဲ့ အဖက်ဖက်သောကိစ္စရပ်များမှာ ပိုမိုပြီး စိန်ခေါ်မှုများ၊ ရုန်းကန်မှုများ ရင်ဆိုင်တွေ့ကြုံနေ ရတယ်လို့ စီစစ်လေ့လာချက်များမှာ သတိပြုတွေ့ရှိရပါတယ်။ အခုလိုမျိုး အမျိုးသမီးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ ရင်ဆိုင်နေရတဲ့ အခက်အခဲများနဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို ဝိုင်းဝန်းဖြေရှင်းပြီး အကူအညီပေးနိုင်ဖို့နဲ့ အခက်အခဲများကြားမှာ ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံရပ်တည်နိုင်ရန်ဆိုတဲ့ရည်ရွယ်ချက်နဲ့ UN-WOMEN၊ UNDP၊ UNCDF တို့သည် “Resilience for Women Led SMEs” အစီအစဉ်အားဖော်ဆောင် လိုက်ရခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
📍အခု အစီအစဉ်မှ ဘယ်လိုအကျိုးကျေးဇူးများ ရမလဲ?
“Resilience for Women Led SMEs” Programme တွင်ပါဝင်ရန် ရွေးချယ်ခံရသူများအနေနဲ့ စနစ်တကျစီမံပြုလုပ်ထားတဲ့သင်တန်းများရရှိပြီး လမ်းပြအကြံပေးသူများနဲ့တွေ့ဆုံခွင့်ရရှိခြင်း၊ ငွေကြေးရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများနဲ့ ချိတ်ဆက်ခွင့်ရရှိခြင်း၊ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများထံမှ အကြံဉာဏ်များရရှိကာ မိမိတို့လုပ်ငန်းရဲ့ စီးပွားရေးစီမံချက်များကို ပြန်လည်ပြင်ဆင်ပြီး တိုးတက်မြှင့်တင်သွားနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဒါ့အပြင် အခုအစီအစဉ်မှာ မ်ိမိလိုအပ်ချက်များအပေါ် အခြေခံသော စွမ်းရည်မြှင့် သင်တန်းများရရှိမဲ့အပြင် အခုလက်ရှိအခြေအနေများနဲ့ ကိုဗစ်-၁၉ ကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော စိန်ခေါ်မှုများအပေါ် ကျား၊မရေးရာရှုထောင့်များမှတဆင့် အကျယ်ချဲ့ပြီး ဆွေးနွေးသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အခု အစီအစဉ်သည် အခကြေးငွေမယူသော အစီအစဉ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး ရွေးချယ်ခံရသူများရဲ့ အချိန်ဇယားအဆင်ပြေမှုအလိုက် သင်တန်းများအား စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
📍အခု အစီအစဉ်မှာပါဝင်ဖို့ ဘယ်သူတွေကို ရှာဖွေနေသလဲ?
အခု Programme မှာပါဝင်ရန် စီးပွားရေး လုပ်ငန်းများအား ဖိတ်ခေါ်လိုက်ရပါတယ်။ သို့ရာတွင် အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနဲ့ ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိမရှိ စစ်ဆေးရန် လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
📌(၁) လျှောက်ထားမဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းသည် ဖော်ပြပါ သတ်မှတ်ချက်များထဲမှ တစ်ခုနဲ့ ကိုက်ညီရန်လိုပါတယ်။
- လုပ်ငန်းကို အမျိုးသမီးမှ အပြည့်အဝ (သို့မဟုတ်) ၅၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း ပိုင်ဆိုင်ရပါမယ်။
- လုပ်ငန်းကို အမျိုးသမီးမှ ၃၀-၄၉ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းပိုင်ဆိုင်ထားသော်လည်း နေ့စဉ် လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုများမှာ အမျိုးသမီးဦးဆောင်ခြင်းဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။
- အမျိုးသမီးစွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြှင့်တင်ခြင်းနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်တဲ့ အကြောင်းအရာများကို အဓိကထားတဲ့ အသေးစား၊ အငယ်စားနှင့် အလတ်စား စီးပွားရေး လုပ်ငန်းများ ပါဝင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
📌(၂) လုပ်ငန်းသည် စတင်ချိန်မှစ၍ အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ် သက်တမ်းရှိရပါမယ်။
📌(၃) ဝန်ထမ်းဦးရေ (၃၀၀) အောက်နည်းသော အငယ်စားနှင့် အလတ်စား စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။
📌(၄) စီးပွားရေးရေရှည်တည်တံ့အောင်လုပ်ဆောင်ရန် စိတ်ဝင်စားသူဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။
📌(၅) အင်တာနက်နှင့် Zoom အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။
“Resilience for Women Led SMEs” အစီအစဉ်ကို ဒီဇင်ဘာလ ၂၀၂၁ မှ မတ်လ ၂၀၂၂ အထိ Online အစည်းအဝေးများမှတစ်ဆင့် ပြုလုပ်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပြီး အမျိုးသမီးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ အချင်းချင်းတွေ့ဆုံကာ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများထံမှ အကြံဉာဏ်များနဲ့ လမ်းပြအကြံပေးမှုများ ရရှိသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

📍Why is the “Resilience for Women Led SMEs” Programme needed?
Amidst the Global pandemic and current situation of Myanmar, many businesses and enterprises are suffering from reduced revenue and limited opportunities for business growth. During this current crisis, women entrepreneurs are reported to face even more challenges not only in sustaining their business, but also in increased responsibilities.
We are pleased to invite women entrepreneurs to our SME resilience programme that runs from November until April 2022. The programme will provide you with the support needed to take your business to the next level, opportunity to connect with potential financiers and network with other women entrepreneurs. The accelerator programme will be giving the participants a unique opportunity to build their business skills, enhance the impact of their business and make it resilient in the current environment.
The Joint Programme designed specifically for the needs and challenges of women entrepreneurs to help them thrive is implemented jointly by The UN Organizations (PUNOs): UNCDF, UN Women and UNDP.
📍What does the “Resilience for Women Led SMEs” Programme offer?
Within the “Resilience for Women Led SMEs” Accelerator, selected candidates will be provided with tailor-made training; paired with mentors; and connected with potential finance providers, partners and experts to develop and scale up their business models. It offers needs-based training and mentoring which goes beyond only looking at your business and financial model but zooms in on gender specific challenges which are exacerbated by the compounded crisis of COVID-19 and the current political situation. The whole program is free of charge and we will accommodate the dates and times that best fit into your current schedule.
📍Who are we looking for?
We welcome every women-led enterprise to join the accelerator programme. However, please check first if you meet the following criteria:
📌The enterprise should match one of the following criteria.
1. Fully or at least 50% owned by a woman or
2. 30-49% owned by a woman but day to day operations are led by women or
3. The MSME has a clear focus on women empowerment and issues.
📌At least 3 years of business establishment.
📌Small & Medium Size Enterprise with less than 300 employees
📌Have interest to increase the business resiliency
📌Have access to internet and zoom (video conferencing platform)
The “Resilience for Women Led SMEs” will run from December 2021 to March 2022 with weekly online group meetings in which you get to connect with your fellow women entrepreneurs and individual coaching sessions with our experts.
