We are looking for dedicated and experienced professionals to join our team.
Designation - Operation Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support security guards at assigned sites.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
* Prepare staff schedules and arrange replacements when needed.
* Handle client requests and resolve complaints.
* Ensure guards follow company policies and safety procedures.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports.
* Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and attendance issues.
* Respond to emergencies and operational incidents.
Requirements:
* Experience in security operations or team supervision.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Able to solve problems and make decisions.
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
* Willing to travel to different work sites when required.
