📌Role Overview
The FCL will lead community engagement, support project implementation, monitor progress, and ensure effective grievance and feedback mechanisms. You will be the link between communities, project teams, and stakeholders—ensuring activities are inclusive, culturally sensitive, and sustainable.

📌Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders
• Support planning, delivery, and monitoring of community projects
• Facilitate meetings, training, and feedback sessions
• Promote and manage the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM)
• Monitor environmental, social, and risk mitigation standards
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in community development, social sciences, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in community engagement, preferably in rural or conflict-affected areas
• Strong knowledge of local culture and customs; fluency in Burmese (local ethnic languages an advantage)
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, conflict management, and participatory planning
