🛶ဘုရားပွဲတော်ကြီး၏ အဓိကအင်အားဖြစ်ပြီး ရိုးရာအစဉ်အလာကို လက်ဆင့်ကမ်း ထိန်းသိမ်းကုသိုလ်ယူနေကြသည့် ဆွဲလှေသမားများ ခွန်အားပြည့်ဝစေရန်အတွက် “ကြာဖက် ဟင်းနုနွယ်ခေါက်ဆွဲ” အထုပ် (၄၀၀) ကို သွားရောက် လှူဒါန်းပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်ရှင့်။

💜IPNet မောင်နှမတွေရဲ့ တသွေးတသားထဲ စီးဆင်းနေတဲ့ ကုသိုလ်တရားတွေဟာ ကမ္ဘာအလှဆုံး အင်းလေးကန်မှာ ပေးကမ်းချင်တဲ့ စေတနာ သဒ္ဓါ တရားက မောင်နှမတတွေရဲ့ စည်းလုံးမှု အင်အား အပင်ပမ်းခံ လှုပ်ရှားမှုတွေဟာ "ပီတိ"ဆိုတဲ့ စကားလုံးအောက်မှာ မောပမ်းမှုတွေ ကင်းခဲ့ရတယ်။

🛶 Valuing Tradition: Participating in Good Deeds for Our 9th Anniversary 🪷

Greetings everyone...

On the auspicious occasion of the grand Inle Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda festival—a renowned cultural heritage of the Inle region—where the sacred Buddha images reside at the Inthein Monastery for public veneration, the Inle Professional Women Network (IPNet) carried out a meritorious deed to mark our 9th Anniversary.

To provide energy and sustenance to the traditional leg-rowers (boat pullers), who are the main strength of this great festival and continue to preserve this rich tradition, we donated 400 packs of Lotus Leaf Spinach Noodles.

We sincerely pray that all the dedicated boat rowers, who carry the sacred Buddha images with physical strength and wisdom, remain safe, healthy, and joyful.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude and tribute on behalf of the association to all our member sisters who generously contributed donations to make this possible, as well as those who actively joined in person to help distribute the food. 💛

From our 9-year milestone onwards, we will continue to walk hand-in-hand to work for the benefit of our local community and the empowerment of women.

🌍✨ World Cleanup Day 2026 ✨🌍
On September 19, 2026 (Saturday), the Inle Professional Women Network (IPNet) proudly joined hands with the Hand to Hand Group, which was organizing a cleanup campaign. As part of our support, we distributed lunch boxes and refreshments, planted trees, and actively participated in environmental activities. 🌿☘️
☘️ For the beautification of the city entrance, we planted around 100 trees—including Hibiscus, Matakut, and Butubyu species—at the western side of Myo Win Lake and the eastern side of Tharsi Lake. 🌿
🌱 Through tree planting, we contribute to protecting and preserving the environment, improving air quality, and creating a greener, healthier community.
🤝 By supporting waste collection and cleanup campaigns, we help reduce littering, promote community participation, and strengthen environmental conservation efforts.
🪴 With love for nature, active involvement, and mutual cooperation, we believe we can build a clean, green, and healthy environment together. 🌿
🌿 This initiative was not only a memorable day of environmental action but also a meaningful experience of collective civic engagement for the benefit of our community. 💚

ဒီနှစ် ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် World Cleanup Day ရဲ့ ဆောင်ပုဒ်လေးက "From Clean Plates to Clean Cities" တဲ့။ တော်တော်လေး အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိပြီး လက်တွေ့ကျတဲ့ ဆောင်ပုဒ်လေးနော်။ အိမ်ရှင်မတွေ၊ မိခင်တွေဖြစ်တဲ့ ကျွန်မတို့အတွက် ကိုယ့်အိမ်၊ ကိုယ့်မီးဖိုချောင်ကနေစပြီး ဘယ်လိုတွေများ လက်တွေ့ဖော်ဆောင်လို့ ရမလဲဆိုတာ တွေးကြည့် ကြရအောင်လားရှင်။

🍆🥬🌶️ကိုယ့်မီးဖိုချောင်၊ ကိုယ့်စားပွဲဝိုင်းလေးကနေ စကြရအောင် သန့်ရှင်းရေးလုပ်တယ်ဆိုတာ အိမ်ပြင်ထွက်ပြီး အမှိုက်ကောက်ရုံသက်သက် မဟုတ်ပါဘူးနော်။ အိမ်မှာရှိတဲ့ ကျွန်မတို့ရဲ့ စားပွဲဝိုင်းလေးကနေ အစပြုလို့ရပါတယ်။

မိသားစုအတွက် ချက်ပြုတ်တဲ့အခါ လိုအပ်တာထက် ပိုမချက်ဘဲ ကိုက်ညီအောင် ချက်ပြုတ်တာ၊ စားပွဲပေါ်မှာ အစားအစာတွေ အလဟဿ မဖြစ်အောင် ထိန်းသိမ်းတာဟာ အမှိုက်ထွက်ရှိမှုကို အစောဆုံး လျှော့ချလိုက်တာပါပဲ။

မီးဖိုချောင်က ထွက်လာတဲ့ အစားအစာ အကြွင်းအကျန်တွေကို မြေဩဇာလုပ်တာဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ စနစ်တကျ ခွဲခြားစွန့်ပစ်တာဖြစ်ဖြစ် လုပ်ပေးလို့ရပါတယ်။ တစ်ခါသုံး ပလတ်စတစ်နဲ့ အိတ်တွေကိုလည်းတတ်နိုင်သမျှ လျှော့သုံးကြတာပေါ့။

အိမ်တစ်အိမ်ကို သပ်ရပ်သန့်ရှင်းအောင် ဦးဆောင်နေရတဲ့ အမျိုးသမီးတွေမှာ ရပ်ရွာနဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကိုပါ ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ အပြောင်းအလဲတွေ ယူဆောင်လာပေးနိုင်တဲ့ စွမ်းအားတွေ အများကြီး ရှိပါတယ်။

Let’s take a moment to think about what we can do, starting from our own daily routines.

Cleaning up doesn’t only mean picking up trash outside.
It begins right at home — at our dining table.
🥦🧄 Reduce food waste
When cooking for our families, preparing just the right amount and avoiding unnecessary leftovers is already a powerful step toward reducing waste.
Keeping our dining table free from food waste is the first step in reducing household garbage.
🍌🌽 Handle waste properly
Food scraps from the kitchen can be composted or separated properly.
We can also reduce single‑use plastics and disposable bags as much as possible.
🌸 Women can transform communities
Women who keep their homes clean and organized also have the power to bring positive change to their neighborhoods and environment.
“Just as we keep our homes clean and tidy, let’s care for our community and our beloved Inle Lake with the same love and responsibility.”
By being role models at home, we teach our children to value nature — and that is one of the greatest gifts we can give to the future.

သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင် ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးဆိုတာ လူကြီးတွေချည်းပဲ တာဝန်ယူရမယ့် ကိစ္စမဟုတ်သလို၊ သီးသန့် အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေထဲမှာပဲ ရှိနေရမယ့်အရာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ကျွန်မတို့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကြီး ဆက်လက် လှပစိမ်းလန်းနေစေဖို့အတွက် လူငယ်တွေရဲ့ တက်ကြွတဲ့ အသိစိတ်ဓာတ်၊ တီထွင်ဖန်တီးနိုင်စွမ်းနဲ့ လက်တွေ့ လှုပ်ရှားဆောင်ရွက်မှုတွေဟာ အင်မတန် အရေးပါပါတယ်ရှင်။ လူငယ်တစ်ယောက်စီရဲ့ သဘာဝအပေါ် ချစ်မြတ်နိုးစိတ်နဲ့ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုဟာ အသိုက်အဝန်းတစ်ခုလုံးကို ပြောင်းလဲစေနိုင်တဲ့ အင်အားကြီးမားတဲ့ အစပျိုးမှုပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒါဆိုရင် စိမ်းလန်းရေး လှုပ်ရှားမှုတွေမှာ လူငယ်တွေ ရှေ့ဆောင် ပါဝင်လာခြင်းက ဘယ်လို ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ အကျိုးကျေးဇူးတွေ ဆောင်ကြဉ်းပေးလဲဆိုတာ ကြည့်လိုက်ရအောင်နော်။

ဒီတစ်နှစ် World Cleanup Day ရဲ့အထိမ်းအမှတ်အဖြစ် ကျွန်မတို့ Eco Warriors အဖွဲ့မှ ဦးဆောင်ပြီး မြို့ပြသန့်ရှင်းရေး အမှိုက်ကောက်ပွဲ လှုပ်ရှားမှုကို စက်တင်ဘာလ ၁၉ ရက်နေ့မှာ ပြုလုပ်သွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်ရှင်။ ဒီ အစီအစဉ်လေးကို Inle Professional Women Network (IPNet) ကနေပြီးတော့လည်း ကျွန်မတို့ Eco Warriors အဖွဲ့နဲ့အတူတူ ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ JCI Myanmar မှလည်း အဓိက ကူညီထောက်ပံ့ပေးထားတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

On 10 September 2026, with the generous donation of 1,100,000 MMK from donor Ko Kyaw Htut, offered in honor of the establishment of MAHAR INLE Production, the Inle Professional Women Network (IPNet) provided essential supplies for the children attending the early childhood class at Dhammayon Monastery, Makyee Saik Village, Taung Toe Village Tract. 🙏🏻
With the aim of promoting “Health and Happy Learning”, the donation supported items that help children learn joyfully in a clean and healthy environment, including:
Learning materials appropriate for their age
School furniture such as desks and necessary classroom items
Stationery and art supplies
Hygiene essentials
Nutritional snacks
These contributions were made in alignment with the needs of the children and the school. 🌈
Our intention is to help create a more suitable learning environment for young children—one that values cleanliness, health, and joyful learning. By supporting these needs, we hope to provide children with better opportunities for growth and development. 💜

💜အင်းလေးအမျိုးသမီးများ စွမ်းဆောင်ရှင်အသင်း- IPNet ၏ လူမှုအသိုက်အဝန်းအတွင်း အရေးပေါ်လိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့် အခက်အခဲများကို တတ်နိုင်သမျှ ကူညီဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးနိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ အောက်ပါ လူသားချင်းစာနာမှုဆိုင်ရာ အကူအညီများကို ပေးအပ်လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ပါသည်။

(၁) ရေဘေးသင့်ပြည်သူများအတွက် ကူညီပံ့ပိုးခြင်း

ရွာကြီးရှေ့မြောက်ရွာနေ ကိုဖိုးလွယ်နှင့် မနီနီအောင် မိသားစုအတွက် သန့်ရှင်းရေးနှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးအခြေအနေကောင်းမွန်စေရန် လိုအပ်သော အိမ်သာတည်ဆောက်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းအတွက် ၃၅၀,၀၀၀ ကျပ် (သုံးသိန်း ငါးသောင်းကျပ်) ပံ့ပိုးကူညီခဲ့ပါသည်။

(၃) မိခင်နှင့် ကလေးငယ်များအတွက် အာဟာရထောက်ပံ့ခြင်း

နန်းပန်ရပ်နေ ကိုဇော်ဦးနှင့် မမီးမီးတို့၏ သမီးအမြွှာကလေးငယ်နှစ်ဦးအတွက် လိုအပ်သော အာဟာရဖြည့်တင်းမှု ရရှိစေရန် နို့မှုန့် ၁၀ ဗူး နှင့် မိခင်အတွက် နို့မှုန့် ၁ ဗူး ပေးအပ်ကူညီခဲ့ပါသည်။

မဝတ်ရည်ရှင်းသန့် ရဲ့သားလေး အတွက် လိုအပ်သော နို့မှုန့် ၆ ဗူး၊ မိခင်အတွက် နို့မှုန့် ၁ ဗူး၊Wet Tissue များ ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

(၄) ကိုယ်ဝန်ဆောင်မိခင်၏ ကျန်းမာရေးအတွက် ကူညီပံ့ပိုးခြင်း

ရွာကြီးရှေ့ရွာနေ Volunteer ကိုပြုံးနှင့် မအဲဖောတို့အတွက် -မအဲဖောသည် ကိုယ်ဝန်ဆောင်ကာလအတွင်း ကျန်းမာရေးအခြေအနေ မကောင်းသဖြင့် လိုအပ်သော ဆေးကုသမှုနှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှုများ အချိန်မီ ရရှိနိုင်စေရန် ဆေးကုသစရိတ် ၂၀၀,၀၀၀ ကျပ် (နှစ်သိန်းကျပ်) ပေးအပ်ကူညီခဲ့ပါသည်။

(၅) ကလေးငယ်၏ ဆေးကုသမှုအတွက် ကူညီပံ့ပိုးခြင်း

နန်းပန်ရပ်နေ မဇင်မာသိန်းဌေး၏ သားအတွက် လိုအပ်သော ကုသရေးဆေးဝါးများ ဝယ်ယူနိုင်ရန် ငွေကြေး ၅၀၀,၀၀၀ ကျပ်( ငါးသိန်းကျပ်) ပေးအပ်ကူညီခဲ့ပါသည်။

(၆) သွေးသွင်းကုသမှုအတွက် ကူညီပံ့ပိုးခြင်း

နန်းဟူးရွာနေ ဦးအောင်ဇော်လင်း၊ ဒေါ်သန်းရွှေနှင့် မောင်စိုင်းမိန်းလီတို့အတွက် လိုအပ်သော သွေးသွင်းကုသမှုကို အချိန်မီ ရရှိနိုင်စေရန် ၃၀၀,၀၀၀ ကျပ် (သုံးသိန်းကျပ်) ပေးအပ်ကူညီခဲ့ပါသည်။

အဆိုပါ လူသားချင်းစာနာမှုအကူအညီများသည် အရေးပေါ်လိုအပ်နေသူများ၏ အခက်အခဲများကို တတ်နိုင်သမျှ ဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးနိုင်ရန်နှင့် အခြေခံကျန်းမာရေး၊ သန့်ရှင်းရေးနှင့် နေထိုင်မှုအခြေအနေများ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်လာစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Humanitarian Assistance Provided by Inle Professional Women Network (IPNet)
Inle Professional Women Network (IPNet) has extended humanitarian support to address urgent needs and hardships within the community. The following assistance was provided with the aim of improving basic health, sanitation, and living conditions for individuals and families in vulnerable situations.
1. Emergency Support for Flood‑Affected Communities
To assist residents in flood‑affected areas of Lay Myat Nar Township (Ayeyarwady Region) and Sagaing Region, IPNet contributed 1,500,000 MMK to help meet immediate emergency needs.
2. Support for Household Sanitation Facilities
To enhance sanitation and health conditions, IPNet provided 350,000 MMK for the construction of a household latrine for the family of Ko Phoe Lwal and Ma Nini Aung in Shwe Myauk Village.
3. Nutritional Support for Mothers and Young Children
To ensure adequate nutrition for two young children and their mother from Nan Pan Ward (Ko Zaw Oo and Ma Mie Mie’s family), IPNet donated four tins of infant formula and one tin of maternal formula.
4. Medical Support for a Pregnant Mother
Due to health complications during pregnancy, 200,000 MMK was provided to Ma Ae Phaw (supported by volunteer Ko Pyone) to ensure timely access to necessary medical treatment and healthcare.
5. Medical Assistance for a Child’s Treatment
To support the purchase of essential medication for Ma Zin Mar Thein Htay’s son from Nan Pan Ward, IPNet contributed 500,000 MMK.
6. Support for Blood Transfusion Treatment
To ensure timely blood transfusion treatment for U Aung Zaw Lin, Daw Than Shwe, and Maung Sine Main Li from Nan Huu Village, IPNet provided 300,000 MMK.
These humanitarian contributions were made with the intention of easing the difficulties faced by individuals in urgent need and supporting improvements in basic healthcare, sanitation, and overall living conditions within the community.

📣 Announcement of the Reformation of the Central Executive Committee (CEC) of Inle Professional Women Network (IPNet) for 2026–2028
"Lead with Purpose, Rise with Courage, Empower with Heart"
💜 The Inle Professional Women Network (IPNet), which has been actively leading initiatives to enhance women’s capacity, promote social development, and implement community-benefiting projects in Nyaungshwe Township and the Inle region, is delighted to announce the successful reformation of its new Central Executive Committee (CEC) that will serve from 2026 to 2028.
💜 In the near future, the newly appointed CEC members will be introduced individually. The committee will continue to strengthen women’s roles and advance long-term regional development, environmental conservation, and community-benefiting initiatives in the Inle area.
🤝 Invitation to Partner Organizations
We warmly welcome and invite all local and international partner organizations, CSOs, community associations, and volunteer friends who have consistently supported IPNet’s mission and goals. We look forward to collaborating even more strongly together on IPNet’s journey ahead.
