Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's objectives, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and technology to drive business growth.
2. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems, to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
3. Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and driving cost-effective solutions.
4. Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and compliance protocols to safeguard the organization's data and systems against cyber threats and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
5. User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users, resolve issues promptly, and facilitate training programs to enhance staff proficiency in using IT systems and tools effectively.
6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the IT budget, monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI.
7. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across IT processes and systems, leveraging feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and innovation.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) in Technology roles, demonstrating a track record of success in strategic planning, infrastructure management.
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of IT disciplines, including networking, security, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to driving innovation and delivering value to the organization.
• Certifications such as CCNA,MCSE are a plus.

▪️Installation and maintenance of a fiber optics FTTH network.
▪️Install, repair and restore fiber optic system and ensure that they work properly.
▪️Performs fiber tests:OTDR, power meter/light source
▪️Proficient at findind fault and error when tickets coming (FTTH SR)
▪️Good communication with any user of FTTH services and customers, as well as good team spirit must have.
▪️Reporting to manager timely/properly and must follow their instruction.
