Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and generate new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions across various industries.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
-Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
-Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure accurate solution delivery and client satisfaction.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
-Stay updated with Odoo features and market trends.
-Manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
-Attend industry events, webinars, and networking meetings to build the company’s presence.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in business development, preferably selling ERP or software solutions (Odoo experience is a strong advantage).
-Strong understanding of Odoo modules and business processes.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
-Ability to understand client requirements.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ,
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze client business needs and map them to Odoo functionalities.
-Customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) to meet client requirements.
-Provide end-to-end project implementation: requirement gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
-Deliver user training and prepare documentation for business users.
-Collaborate with technical teams (developers) to design custom features and integrations.
-Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for live Odoo environments.
-Stay current with new Odoo releases and functionalities to recommend improvements to clients.
-Assist in pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and effort estimations.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in ERP implementation.
-Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Odoo modules.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Experience with business process mapping and documentation.
