Job Description
- Giving products training to new members / new ASC
- Giving New Products training to all sales team and PG
- Technical training to ASC and technician
- Preparing instruction documents for customers and training documents for ASC, sales team and PG.
- Prepare product knowledge test paper for PG and make sure they have good knowledge as needed
- To give products training to dealers” shops promoters / sales
- Installation ( home / events )
- Preparing new ASC contract / Participate in finding new ASC ( whole Myanmar )
- Spare parts allocation as and when required.
- Spare parts management and estimation
- Repairing products with error as assigned at Service Center or Customer’s home
- Notifying Manager on the extraordinary cases arising and product quality.
- Build, improve work processes to improve efficiency
- Spare part monthly usage report / plan for next 6 months.
- Support other department upon request
- Providing warranty, technical support,
- Enhanced ASC support with dealer.
- Improved customer service processes
- Improve image, staff behavior, warranty
- Competitor information gathering events, service fees, warranty policy,
- New equivalent product
Requirements
- Degree Holder
- 3-5 years experience in home appliance products
- Able to speak English
- Good communication skill
- Must have high knowledge in Electronic and Electric
- Leading skills and problem-solving skills must be good
