🇲🇳 “ХОНГОРЫН ШИМТ” БРЭНДИЙН АНХНЫ ДЭЛГҮҮР ҮҮДЭЭ НЭЭЛЭЭ
Өнөөдөр Баянхонгор аймагт “Хонгорын шимт” ямааны махны брэндийн анхны дэлгүүр албан ёсоор үүдээ нээж, хэрэглэгчдэд үйлчилж эхэллээ.
“Хонгорын шимт” нь AVSF Монгол байгууллагаас Францын Европ, Гадаад хэргийн яамны Equipe France сангийн санхүүжилттэй хэрэгжүүлж буй WIFI төслийн хүрээнд Баянхонгор аймгийн Богд, Жинст, Бөмбөгөр, Баянцагаан сумын дөрвөн хоршоо хамтран хөгжүүлж буй ямааны махны брэнд юм.
Дөрвөн хоршоо нэг зорилгын дор нэгдэж, зөвхөн ямааны махаа зах зээлд хүргэхээс гадна чанар, хүнсний аюулгүй байдал, нэмүү өртөг шингээсэн бүтээгдэхүүн, хамтын ажиллагаа дээр тулгуурласан тогтвортой брэнд бий болгохоор ажиллаж ирсэн билээ.
Анхны дэлгүүрээ нээж буй энэ өдөр нь дөрвөн хоршооны хамтын ажиллагааны дараагийн шинэ үеийн эхлэл юм. Тэд цаашид ч хамтын хүчээ нэгтгэн “Хонгорын шимт” брэндийг хөгжүүлж, бүтээгдэхүүний нэр төрөл, зах зээл, хэрэглэгчдэд хүрэх боломжоо өргөжүүлэхээр ажиллах болно.

🇬🇧 THE FIRST KHONGORIIN SHIMT GOAT MEAT SHOP OFFICIALLY OPENS
Today marks an important milestone for the Khongoriin Shimt goat meat brand, as its very first shop officially opened its doors to customers in Bayankhongor Province.
Khongoriin Shimt is a locally developed goat meat brand created through the cooperation of four cooperatives from Bogd, Jinst, Bumbugur, and Bayantsagaan soums under the WIFI project, implemented by AVSF Mongolia and funded by the Equipe France Fund of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.
The four cooperatives came together around one shared goal: not only to bring their goat meat to the market, but to build a sustainable brand based on quality, food safety, value addition, and cooperation.
The opening of the first Khongoriin Shimt shop marks the beginning of a new chapter for this cooperation. The four cooperatives will continue working together beyond the project to develop the brand, expand its product range, and reach new markets and customers.
