What an unforgettable experience at HR GIG 11! 🚀⚡

This year, we wanted to show how Panta is blending cutting-edge tech with people-first leadership:

1) Immersive Tech in Action: We gave participants hands-on demos of our new VR system, helping customers visualize their spaces better while giving our teams a powerful tool to plan projects with absolute precision. 🥽🏗️

2) Play & Win: Attendees stepped up to our booth to play our custom Tetris challenge, giving away some incredible prizes - including a free stay at the Radisson Blu! 🎮🏆

3) Executive Dialogue: Our CEO, Katrina, took to the main stage to deliver a sharp reality check on legacy transformation, reminding us that structure and strategy only take you so far - courage is what turns a decision into a living culture. 💡

Trident Park, the transformation of the historic Farsons site into a modern, energy-efficient office campus.

Panta played a key role in delivering the project's mechanical and electrical infrastructure, HVAC and Building Management Systems, including Malta's first Thermally Activated Building System (TABS).

With 100km of pipework embedded within the building's concrete slabs, TABS uses the structure's thermal mass to provide heating and cooling, supporting consistent indoor comfort and improved energy efficiency.

Combined with intelligent building controls, the system helps optimise energy consumption while creating a comfortable working environment.

Trident Park is a showcase of what engineering can achieve when innovation, sustainability and expertise come together.
