[ DHL GoTrade Training Programme – Session 1: Unleash Global Markets Through Cross-Border E-Commerce and International Trade ]

The Economic Development Board (EDB), host agency of the SheTrades Mauritius Hub, in collaboration with DHL Express (Mauritius) Ltd, held the first session of the DHL GoTrade Training Programme on Friday, 29th May 2026. The workshop was delivered in an interactive round-table format, with dedicated trainers assigned to each table to facilitate discussions and provide tailored guidance to participants.

The objective of the workshop was to strengthen the capacity of women entrepreneurs in export readiness, e-commerce and global shipping solutions, equipping them with the practical knowledge and skills required to access international markets.

🇷🇼🇲🇺 Business Forum: Unlocking Growth through Regional Partnerships

On 18 May 2026, Kigali hosted a landmark business forum under the SheTrades Programme, bringing together policymakers, business leaders, development partners, and women entrepreneurs to advance women’s economic empowerment and intra-African trade under the theme “Unlocking Growth through SheTrades Collaboration.”

Organized by the Economic Development Board Mauritius, host institution of the SheTrades Mauritius Hub, in collaboration with the Private Sector Federation Specialized Cluster, host institution of the SheTrades Rwanda Hub, and the Rwanda Development Board, the business forum held at the Park Inn by Radisson Kigali highlighted the importance of regional partnerships in strengthening African trade linkages and supporting women-led enterprises.

Organised by the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) in collaboration with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the RBSM provided a strategic platform for direct business engagement between Indian MSME manufacturers and international buyers across key sectors such as agro & food products and textiles.
