Looking for Business Travel Consultants (Bilingual)
Location: Ebene Cybercity - Cube, Mauritius
Key Responsibilities:
• - Assist with booking inquiries and travel reservations
• - Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
• - Maintain client relationships through proactive communication
• - Manage travel reservations and amendments accurately
Requirements:
• - Fluent in French and English
• - Excellent communication and telephone skills
• - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• - Experience handling customer queries and complaints
• - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHT SHIFT ( Rotational shift - Work 5 days and 2 days off : Monday - Sunday)
