Faces of Reinvention | Meet Muniirah

What do manga, technology and problem solving have in common?

For Muniirah, more than you might think.

As a Packaged App Development Analyst at Accenture Mauritius, she brings curiosity and creativity into the way she approaches challenges, works with her team and builds solutions that create value.

And away from the screen, that curiosity continues. Her love for manga opens up different worlds, perspectives and stories, feeding an imagination that never really switches off.

Because sometimes, the things that inspire us outside of work shape the way we think inside it.

| The Future Belongs to Reinventors

Reinvention is moving fast. And across our Technology and Operations Centres in Mauritius, it is becoming part of how we think, lead and work every day.

Our recent feature in Investor’s Mag brought together reinventors from across our Technology and Operations Centres to explore what it really takes to navigate an AI-driven future.

Beyond the technology itself, the conversations explored the bigger transformation taking place around data, cybersecurity, responsible innovation, new ways of working and the mindset needed to continuously reinvent.

At the heart of that journey are our people, reinventors working together to think differently, move with purpose and turn change into opportunity.

Because reinvention is not something waiting for us in the future.

It is already happening. And we are building it together.

12 hours. One challenge. A night we will not forget.

From 6 PM to 6 AM, our reinventors coded, created, challenged ideas, solved problems and pushed themselves to turn ambitious thinking into working solutions.

But Hackathon 2026 was about so much more than the code.

It was the energy behind the scenes. The teamwork. The pressure. The laughter. The games. The food that kept everyone going. And those moments in the middle of the night when an idea suddenly became something real.

Meet our Reinventor - Prerna

Five years ago, Prerna could not have imagined herself working within an aerospace and engineering environment.

Today, she plays an important role in project management, coordinating across countries, supporting the onboarding of new reinventors and bringing teams and clients together.

And she did it without an engineering background.

What made the difference? The opportunity to explore, the support of the people around her and the willingness to keep learning.

At Accenture Mauritius, Prerna has discovered that your starting point does not have to define where your career can take you. New industries, new experiences and new possibilities can become part of your journey.

Where will she go next? Even she does not know yet.
