Join our team as Volunteer Associate mentor who will work alongside Lead and industry expert mentors in our structured Business Mentorship program.
What we are recruiting for:
We are looking for Associate Mentors to join our team for Cohort One of the AIMi Capital and Advisory Structured Business Mentorship Program, launching August 2026. These are volunteer positions and we are looking for people who are genuinely excited about entrepreneurship and want to contribute to something being built from the ground up.
Who we are looking for:
Final year university and college students
Recent graduates, and young professionals.
Candidates from technical colleges have an added advantage.
Beyond academic background, we are looking for people who carry specific qualities: a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and enterprise development, ability to work well within a team, strong communication skills, and the maturity to show up consistently. This is a role for people who want to contribute, not just add a title to their CV.
Time commitment:
Two to four hours per week during the program period, August to October 2026. Fully virtual.

Hands on experience working alongside experienced Lead Mentors and Industry Expert Mentors during live program delivery.
Practical exposure to how a real enterprise development program is designed and run.
Visibility across social networks as part of the team.
A formal certificate of participation upon completion and a professional reference letter.
Direct access to a growing network of entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals. Early positioning within AIMi's ecosystem as the firm grows into new programs.
The ambassador angle:
Associate Mentors are also expected to actively promote the program within their own networks, universities, and communities. This is part of the role, not optional. We are looking for people who will carry the AIMi name proudly into spaces we have not yet reached.
