We are honoured to have Akometsi and Influencer Malawi, as part of the Malawi Creative Economy Investment Forum 2026 .

Digital content and creative technologies are a critical part of the creative economy. This is why the Forum has mainstreamed content creators and influencers into this very important Forum.

As part of this mainstreaming, the Forum will incorporate digital creativity, innovation and emerging technologies into the discussions on the growth and competitiveness of Malawi's Creative Economy. Through the Digital Frontiers Sessions under the General Track, and sessions on gaming, eSports, artificial intelligence and immersive storytelling, the Forum will highlight opportunities for developing, monetizing and distributing digital content.

Be on the look out for opportunities on how you can be a part of this important Forum.

As a key stakeholder, it was good to see that the Film Association of Malawi - FAMA was well-represented at the unveiling of the Forum.

The 2026 Malawi Creative Economy Investment Forum will be held at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe on 25 - 27 November.
