A brand is a system, not a single moment.
For LACAFFE, a coffee and sandwich spot in San José del Cabo, we built an identity from the ground up—piece by piece, touchpoint by touchpoint.
It started with the mark: brutalist typography in gold, resting on a whisper of mint. A logo that doesn’t just identify, but commands attention. Then came the vessels. The cups became mobile billboards, carrying that same typographic weight through the streets of Baja. Finally, the space itself—a window intervention and a family of stickers—turning a small locale into a holistic brand experience.
From the monumental to the miniature, from the storefront to the takeaway cup. This is what happens when strategy meets design. LACAFFE is no longer just a place to grab coffee; it’s a visual landmark.
