Kami telah mengesan satu insiden kerosakan kabel yang mengakibatkan gangguan sambungan kepada sebahagian pelanggan unifi di sekitar kawasan Sibu , Lanang, Julau, Durin, Matu dan Kanowit.
Pasukan teknikal kami telah pun berada di lokasi kejadian dan sedang berusaha membaiki kerosakan kabel secepat mungkin. Punca insiden masih dalam siasatan.
Oleh sebab kerumitan aktiviti penyambungan semula, kerja baik pulih kabel akan mengambil sedikit masa sebelum semua perkhidmatan yang terjejas akan dapat dipulihkan.

We have detected a cable fault affecting some unifi subscribers in Sibu, Lanang, Julau, Durin, Matu and Kanowit.
Our technical team is already on location and repairs are already underway. The cause of the fault is still under investigation.
Due to the complexity of the repairs, it will take some time until all affected services will be restored but rest assured that our technical team is working around the clock to get everything back to normal as quickly as we can.
We will provide updates as and when they are available.
