Whoa!! 😱😱 Received call from resident for inspection and guess what we discovered?!! 🧐 Have water leak 💧 from the sewage pipe crevices!! The below unit owner has already moved in and informed about this crappy situation!

Just to remind, this is a defect that is often overlooked by owners 😔 Make sure to check inside the floor trap to ensure that the developer sealed it properly 😉
