Situasi 1 pagi.

👩‍🦰 : Selamat pagi, encik... saya nak repair dryer. Rosak teruk ni!

👨‍🔧 : Selamat pagi, bising macam mana tu puan?

👩‍🦰 : Ntah la ye. Bunyi dia macam helikopter nak mendarat! Berdentum-dentum masa pusing. Takut saya nak guna.

👨‍🔧 : Ok baik puan, tenang dulu. Nanti saya hantar technician datang check.

👨‍🔧 : Puan, dryer ni sebenarnya "sihat walafiat". Tak ada part yang patah atau motor terbakar pun.

👩‍🦰 : Habis tu, kenapa bising sangat tadi?

👨‍🔧 : Cuba puan tengok ni... (sila refer video).

👨‍🔧 : Inilah punca "helikopter" tadi. Nasihat saya, sebelum masuk baju, check dulu poket seluar. Benda-benda kecil macam ni kalau dibiar, lama-lama boleh rosakkan drum atau belt dryer puan nanti.

💡 KESIMPULANNYA:
Jangan terus panik kalau dryer bising. Kadang-kadang punca dia bukan sebab mesin rosak, tapi sebab kecuaian kita sendiri.

Tips Penjagaan Dryer:

📌 Cek Poket: Pastikan tiada syiling, kunci, atau skru.

📌 Bersihkan Filter: Buat setiap kali lepas guna supaya aliran udara lancar & dryer tak panas sangat.

📌 Jangan Overload: Kesian kat motor tu nak pusing beban berat sangat.

Salam Ramadhan,

Hari ni kami nak share sedikit info berguna berkaitan mesin basuh, simptom air masuk perlahan atau air terlalu kecil walaupun mesin nampak OK.

Ramai terus fikir:

❌ Board rosak

❌ Water valve rosak

❌ Tekanan air rumah tak kuat

Tapi sebenarnya… dalam sebahagian kes, punca adalah dari filter air masuk kotor / tersumbat. ( pasir halus atau karat paip lama yang tersangkut dekat filter tu saja )

Sebelum panggil technician JOM kami ajar cara DIY

👨‍🔧 Bersihkan Filter

⚠ PASTIKAN SUIS & PAIP AIR DI TUTUP DAHULU.

🛠️ Buka hose air (paip getah) dari mesin.

🛠️ Dalam lubang tempat hose tu, ada filter kecil.

🛠️ Cabut perlahan guna playar kecil.

🛠️ Cuci bawah air paip sampai bersih (buang pasir/lumut).

🛠️ Pasang semula dan test balik.

Kalau dah cuba DIY tapi masih sama juga, terus wasap

But in fact… in some cases, the cause is that the water filter is dirty / clogged. (fine sand or pipe rusty stuck to the filter)

Before contact technician, LET'S we teach how to DIY

👨‍🔧 Clean the Filter

⚠ MAKE SURE THE SWITCH & WATER PIPE ARE CLOSED FIRST.

🛠️ Open the water hose (rubber pipe) from the machine.

🛠️ In the hole where the hose is, there is a small filter.

🛠️ Remove it slowly using small pliers.

🛠️ Wash it under running water until it is clean (remove sand/moss).

🛠️ Reinstall it and test again.
