💭2025 was an extraordinary year for MY LIBERICA.

This year, we focused on two things:

☕ Deepening LIBERICA coffee processing expertise
🏆 Bringing Liberica back to the international coffee stage

This was not merely a reflection —
it marked the official beginning of a new journey.

From launching our World Competition Coffee Project,
to learning and exchanging knowledge in India and Fiji;
from upgrading our fermentation systems and coffee farms,
to achieving MeSTI food certification,
and earning global recognition on the World Barista Championship stage again
as well as from international chocolate judging panels.

In 2025, we didn’t move fast — but every step was taken with depth.
Thank you to all our partners, friends, and supporters.

What would it feel like to explore a city through coffee? ☕📖🤔

My Liberica Coffee is honored to be one of the participating merchants in the 2026 Kluang Coffee Calender Passport program 🤩

This is more than a stamp-collecting activity — it is a long-term program designed to connect Kluang’s coffee culture, local businesses, and city tourism into one meaningful journey.

Special thanks to YB Wong Shu Qi for championing this program and to Malaysia Sin Chew Daily for the coverage that highlights the efforts and value of Kluang’s local coffee scene.
How to join the program of 2026 Kluang Coffee Calender Passport:

📍 STEP 1|Get your Coffee Calender Passport

Scan the QR code to view the list of participating locations, then collect a Coffee Passport from any participating coffee merchant.

📍 STEP 2|Complete tasks & collect stamps

Visit participating coffee merchants, complete the designated tasks, and collect stamps.
Collect at least 10 coffee stamps to qualify for gift redemption.

📍 STEP 3|Redeem your rewards

Once you’ve collected a minimum of 10 stamps, redeem your gifts at the designated counters at Sunway Kluang Mall or Kluang Coffee Cap Televisyen 🎁
( Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served, while stocks last.)

Today, My Liberica coffee farm had the privilege of welcoming four key figures who marked important milestones in this year’s international coffee and chocolate competitions.

First, Jason Loo, who proudly secured 4th place at the World Barista Championship (WBC) for Malaysia.
Second, Suren, the 2023 Malaysia Barista Champion and Coach of the 2025 Malaysia World Barista Championship team.
Third, SK Leng from Constant Gardener Cafe, a key driving force behind this competition journey.
And fourth, Ning from Chocolate Concierge, a chocolate expert who has repeatedly supported us in achieving international chocolate awards.

From the initial idea of competing earlier this year, to visiting coffee farms in India in search of inspiration, and continuously upgrading and refining our own processing facilities — this journey would not have been possible without the strong support of our team and friends. Together, we were able to refine the right processing curves and shape the competition flavors we believed in.

Special thanks to our two coffee champions for personally brewing their competition coffees for us over the past two days, and for openly sharing their real experiences and strategies from the competition stage. It became clear that competitions are never just about being “well-prepared.” Even when everything seems ready, uncertainty is always part of the stage — and only years of accumulated experience allow the right decisions to be made in critical moments. This is truly a test of technical skill, strategic thinking, and mental strength, and every result comes with hard-earned effort.

Beyond results, competitions strengthen bonds. The connections within our team and with our partners have grown even . More sparks are sure to come — and LIBERICA will continue to unfold even more exciting possibilities. ☕✨

今天,咖啡园迎来了四位在今年咖啡与巧克力国际赛事中立下重要里程碑的关键人物。

第一位,是为我国夺下世界咖啡师大赛(WBC)第四名的 Jason Loo;
第二位,是 2023 年马来西亚咖啡师冠军,同时也是2025年马来西亚世界咖啡师大赛教练的 Suren;
第三位,是来自 Constant Gardener Cafe、此次比赛背后重要推手的 SK Leng;
第四位,则是来自 Chocolate Concierge,多次协助我们在国际巧克力赛事中斩获佳绩的巧克力达人 Ning。

从年初萌生参赛的想法开始,到远赴印度参访咖啡庄园寻找灵感,再到不断升级与优化自家庄园的处理设备——这一路走来,若没有团队与朋友们的鼎力相助,我们无法如此顺利地摸索出最合适的处理曲线,也无法精准地塑造出理想的比赛风味。

特别感谢这两天,两位咖啡冠军亲自为我们冲煮比赛用咖啡,毫无保留地分享他们在赛场上的真实经历与应对策略。才深刻体会到,比赛从来都不只是“准备充分”这么简单——即使万事俱备,赛场上仍充满不可控的变数,唯有长期累积的经验,才能在关键时刻做出正确判断。这无疑是一场对技术、策略与心理素质的全面考验,而每一个成绩都得来不易。

一场比赛走过,不只是成绩的累积,更让团队与伙伴之间的连结更加紧密。接下来,必定还会碰撞出更多火花,让 LIBERICA 持续绽放更精彩的可能。

Our Story

My Liberica 咖啡馆创立于2011年8月11日。当时,我们已经是一家自家烘焙咖啡馆,我们咖啡馆的主题环绕在 “LIBERICA”这个咖啡品种。LIBERICA这个品种在马来西亚已有150年的历史,早期主要用来制作传统咖啡。它是适合种植在平地,能在高温,潮湿的环境中生长。风味特点主要是甜度极高,余味悠长。

My Liberica 在柔佛拥有一段20公顷的 LIBERICA 咖啡园,此地段的土壤主要是带酸性的铁矿石,非常适合咖啡生长。

为了能达到更高品质的咖啡,My Liberica在2015年建立了全马第一家精品化咖啡处理厂,把新鲜的咖啡果进行多种精品化的处理,生产出不同风味的咖啡生豆。

My Liberica 咖啡烘焙工厂也在2019年完成,让咖啡烘焙过程更加专业化,引进2台德国制烘豆机Probat,让烘豆品质更加稳定。
