Each session of a training program comprises training materials needed to include overall learning goals and specific objectives (measurable outcomes). Goals and objectives are important in defining, describing and measuring what is required to reach the desired outcome. The material is also of a form and structure that provides participants with a source of reference following a training session. Courses are conducted at either SBC’s training facility, or the client’s premises, and can also be tailored to meet specific needs and requirements as well as certain courses delivered in Malay. All English Language courses are delivered by highly trained and professional native English language instructors/teachers.
