Job:
- Assist on all new project tool trial
- Create or update and compile PPAP/APQP documents and submit to customer
- Handle customer complaints and make improvement together with internal team
- Make sure QMS is in place & DCC is well organised
- Compile department KPI reports and make sure it hits the target
- Confirm the IQA/IPQA/OQA reports is all in spec
- Reporting to QA Manager
Requirement:
- Knowledge on ISO 9001 & 14001
- Basic knowledge on GD&T and QC Tools
- Able to discuss and follow up with customer team
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Minimum 1 yr experience in the QA Engineering field
- Minimum diploma in any engineering field
Added Advantage:
- Experience in plastic injection molding company environment
- Experience in IATF 16949
- Experience in EHS
- Knowledge in 3D CAD Software (Solidworks, Catia, etc.)
- Knowledge in Statistical software (Minitab, JMP)
