IKRAM Welcomes GTR for Technical Visit & Knowledge Sharing Session

On 22 May 2026, IKRAM Headquarters in Kajang welcomed Geo Technology Resource (GTR) Sdn. Bhd. for a technical visit and presentation session attended by IKRAM’s Construction & BIM Division.

The session featured company presentations by both IKRAM and GTR, with discussions focusing on Geological Digitalization and Subsurface Mapping for Sustainable Urban Development in Kuala Lumpur. GTR shared their expertise in geological mapping, digitalization, geophysical applications, and sustainable urban development.

The insightful session highlighted strong synergy between GTR’s technologies and IKRAM’s expertise, opening opportunities for future enhancement and collaboration. The visit concluded with a fruitful discussion and group photo session.

IKRAM Works Sdn Bhd proudly participated as an exhibitor at PERSIDANGAN PEGAWAI KANAN JKR MALAYSIA 2026 (SOC2026) held from 6–8 May 2026 at Royale Chulan Seremban.

Throughout the event, IKRAM showcased its expertise in engineering consultancy, material testing, slope engineering, data collection, and innovative digital engineering solutions. A key highlight was the presentation by our BIM Department, demonstrating how Building Information Modelling (BIM) supports smarter project delivery, better coordination, improved asset management, and sustainable infrastructure development in line with the Ministry of Works’ digital transformation initiatives.

The exhibition also provided valuable opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with industry professionals, government agencies, and stakeholders from across Malaysia’s construction and infrastructure sectors.

Shah Alam, 8 April 2025 – IKRAM Works Sdn Bhd is honoured to receive the official Letter of Appointment from Infrasel Sdn Bhd for the Pavement Condition Assessment (PCA) and Road Data Survey for roads under Local Authorities (PBT) in Selangor.
