MIRROR GLAZE GANACHE BASE

糯米船新货到 ✨

咔呲咔呲脆脆糯米船到货啦！
不甜不腻，一口接一口 😋

almond flakes 杏仁片 200g (pre bake at 150c 10mins , 预先烘烤 150c 10mins 会更香）

Caramel 焦糖：
butter 牛油 80g （salted or unsalted )
sugar 糖 20g
Corn syrup 玉米糖浆 48g
whipping /cooking cream 淡奶油 35g
honey 蜂蜜 15g
Salt 盐 2g
*sesame or other nuts according to your preference 可加芝麻或其他坚果类

glutinous waffle 糯米船 60pcs

1. 将所有焦糖材料一起放入锅，小火煮至冒泡，加入杏仁片，翻拌均匀
put all caramel ingredients, cook at low heat until bubbling ， add in almond flakes.

2. 放入糯米船，铺平 ，放入烤箱烘烤 150c , 15-20分钟，烤出金黄色，深色会更香。
Lay the mixture into the glutinous waffle , flatten , bake at 150c , 15-20 minutes , until golden brown.

3. 待凉， 放入密封罐子，
*最佳保存期10天 ，放清凉处。
Set it cool , store in an airtight container .
*best storage in a cool dry place, 10days shelf life.
