All the way from Australia to Gleam Studio! 🇦🇺

Recently, we welcomed this lovely group of four who were holidaying in Kota Kinabalu, and somehow colour analysis became part of the itinerary too! 😂

We had SO much fun discovering their individual colour palettes, comparing results and watching everyone react to each other’s colours.

And this is something we especially love for university students and young adults who are just starting to discover their personal style.

Because this is usually the stage where you experiment A LOT!.. for example: clothes, makeup, hair colours, accessories… and unfortunately, make quite a few expensive mistakes along the way 😌

So knowing your colours gives you a starting point.

You’ll understand what naturally brings out your features, shop with more confidence, build a wardrobe more intentionally and still have plenty of room to experiment with your own style.

As we mentioned again and again... colour analysis is NOT about telling you what you can or cannot wear.

It's about understanding what works for you and then deciding how YOU want to wear it 💁🏻‍♀️✨

Yesterday, we concluded our Glam VIP Package with our young and talented photo and videographer, Lala. ✨

As someone who is usually behind the scenes, Lala always thought wearing black or white was enough, and that appearance didn’t really matter much.

But even when you work behind the camera, how you present yourself still affects how confident, polished and memorable you feel when meeting clients, attending events or stepping in front of the camera.

During her colour analysis, Lala discovered that she is a Light Spring. She also realised that much of her wardrobe consisted of muted, dull colours that made her complexion appear more tired and darker.

After our shopping companion session, choosing hijabs, outfits and makeup became much faster and easier because she finally knew what to look for.

At Gleam, we don’t believe in changing your personal style or telling everyone to dress the same way. Every client has a different personality, lifestyle and industry. Once you understand your colours, you can confidently wear the styles you already love, just in shades that work better for you.

What an exciting and meaningful weekend it has been for us at Gleam Studio 💜

From wrapping up our Brunei Pop Up and immediately rushing back to Kota Kinabalu for Cosmobeauté Malaysia Roadshow… it has honestly been such a full, tiring, but incredibly memorable few days for the both of us 🥹

We appreciate every single conversation, connection...not forgetting those who took the time to stop by our booth and say Hi~~, ask questions, support our work & experience colour analysis with us.

We also finally got to introduce our new rainbow drapes publicly for the very first time, and seeing people react in real time to how colours can completely change the way they look will always be one of our favourite parts of what we do 💜

Also, special thank you to our assistants Gee and Fate for helping and supporting us during Day 1 of the roadshow 🥹You both are awesome!!!

Owkayyyy.... that's all~~ Now excuse us while we recover physically… because your girls are officially exhausted 😂😂😂

After months of curating, refining and designing… our new custom rainbow drapes have finally arrived!

Thank you so much to everyone who came to our Private Open Day today.

Thank you for the support, the thoughtful gifts, the kind words… but most importantly, thank you for your TIME and for spending part of your Mother’s Day with us 🥹

Honestly, we were so used to operating from our private condo studio that it still hasn’t fully registered in our brains that… this is an actual shop now 😂😂😂

What started as a small dream has slowly grown into a space we truly poured our hearts into, and we genuinely hope Gleam 2.0 will continue to feel warm, safe, personal, and inspiring to every single person who walks through our doors.

More than just colour analysis, we hope this space becomes a place where people leave feeling more confident, more intentional, and more connected to themselves ✨

What an honour and joy it was to be part of the Women Leadership Conference 2026 ✨

A huge thank you to the organisers for trusting Gleam Studio to conduct our Colour Confidence Workshop session alongside such an inspiring lineup of speakers.

We truly enjoyed sharing the stage with so many accomplished and driven women leaders, and honestly… 1 hour was definitely not enough 😂
